The booking experience was horrible. Of the 3 nights I booked 1 night was cancelled by the resort few days before the visit in peak period because finance minister and her delegates were coming. It's been more than 20 days I have been chasing them and still did not get my refund back. They are a very unprofessional organization. I had to go through a lot of trouble to rearrange my accommodation. Their call center is useless. Every time I call them their response is we will call you back regarding the status of refund. But they never call back. Try to avoid this place

An issue I encountered while trying to book two rooms for four persons . When I attempted the booking, there was no option to reserve two rooms at once; the system allowed me to book one room at a time. After successfully booking the first room, I found that the second room was no longer available as everything had sold out. Additionally, I noticed that there is no straightforward option to cancel the booking, unlike the usual cancellation process at regular hotels. Their cancelation policy is that we need to write a mail to them to cancel the booking. As a result, I had to send an email requesting the cancellation, but I have not received any confirmation regarding whether my cancellation request has been received and no refund. I had send many mails no reply. Very bad experience. Please think before booking at his place.

We stayed here over the weekend on our groups trip to Hampi. This is by far the WORST resort to stay in Hampi. One must avoid it at all means necessary. The rooms are not maintained, lots of insects lizards snakes roaming here and there. If you have kids don't book it at all. But the worst part is there service. They don't have staff to handle daily matters, and you will have to raise your voice to get anything done. Never seen a resort which doesn't have any ice either, forget about other items. The dining closes sharply at 9:30pm like hostel days. Dinner/Lunch is avg with a very limited items being offered considering the premium pricing they have. I have been to much better resorts at a lesser price. Better to avoid it, much better options are available.

Worst experience ever!! We were a group of 14 people and everyone experienced food poisoning. The quality of the food was very bad . Kids struggled with food poisoning. The resort must be held responsible for serving unhealthy and low quality food to the guests and causing health issues .

Cottages are far from reception. We have to walk at least 800 meters for anything. They dont provide frequent pick/drop from cottage to car parking/ cafeteria or reception. No telephone facility to contact reception. AC was not working and they provided a cooler. Staff is very rigid and not very approachable. lacks hospitality. Basic food options.

The property is set in a big serene plot of wild land. That's the only good part. The service is non existant. There was no one to greet us at the reception when we arrived. No drinking water provided in the rooms. No cleaning. Dinner starts at 8pm and even at 8:05pm there was no one from the staff in the dinning hall. I started the AC and fan myself. They don't serve you anything. You have get your own glass of water, tissues and spoons. Food is awful. No taste. Horrible choice of menu. They charge lot for completely useless experience. Not recommended at all.

Similarities to other JLR sites - cottages are retro and clean, 1 Jeep Safari Areas where Hampi JLR is not up JLR standards- dining options are very limited, the staff struggles to provide sufficient food in a timely manner which indicates poor management. They prepare small amounts of food where visitors are waiting for their turn. The kitchen area and food disposal area hygiene is also poor. These aspects are managed reasonably well in popular JLR sites . One has to walk quite far to their cottage from dining, so make sure you get your torch for night since there will be bugs and insects.

Such an unique experience offered by this place. The staff are very helpful. Each cottage is unique in its way, rooms are very spacious. It's adjacent to the daroji bear sanctuary. Food was tasty.. The safari was a good experience. We spotted bears and a variety of birds. Why 2 star? There were mice in the cottage. Even after complaining and the staff removing 3 of them one after another, they kept coming. This along with limited power supply did not let us have a good experience. Hampi sight seeing was also cut short to just Vittal temple sighting that we were staying for one night alone. This was unlike what's mentioned in our booking.
