It's a worst room service and cleaning not worth for money. It is very old building. Bedsheets ate not washed after vacating. Even they are not properly cleaned also. Worst experience. One fine thing is nearby malpe Beach. That's the advantage.

I visited there on Saturday with my family in the evening. We checked ✅ in F5 Room non Ac. There charged 1800 Room was good looking but small blanket was very dirty. We didn’t use it. After booking the Room. We kept our things n went to dinner. We were feeling uncomfortable 😣 so we called the owner n asked to cancel n refund half amount at least but he didn’t return us. We forced our self n stayed. But anyhow peaceful ☺️ place for others

Horrible stay. Property has not been maintained at all. Just waste of money. The bathroom stinks and is clogged. They don't even dust the room when they give to customers. Room full of cobwebs. The bedsheets are dirty. They don't provide towels.

One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed. while booking they told us it's 2bhk villah, but they gave us a cramped 2 rooms accommodation which is not at all worthy of money we paid, Rs 7000 per night. dusty blankets, They didn't give towels and bath accessories. Upon request we got only 2 small soaps and 1 towel. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Other than being on good location, there is nothing available here. They don't have in house restaurant. No complementary breakfast. We booked 2 rooms in which other than AC none of the amenities work. There is a distinct smell which the care taker tried to cover with a very pungent smelling room freshner.

Overhyped price during December and to be honest not worth of .They have no experience in hospitality.They just try to make as much money as they can during this season. No room service at all .Villas has no facilities so complete waste of money. Avoid this place as the malpe beach is overcrowded and pathetic.Dont fall trap about boast of villas by owner.

Worst rooms i have ever stayed in my life. They charge heavy money and the room are disgusting / stinky. The bed sheets were dirty / bath towels sprayed with irritating perfumes, only one funny staff to clean. The beds were dirty and make sounds as in horror movies when you move a bit. This hotel should shut down as early as possible. Don't waste your hard earned money here. There is no cafeteria/hotel around, you have to travel for a mile or two for restaurants.
