Reply to Management comment : It is disappointing, though not surprising given my stay, that management has chosen to resort to personal insults rather than addressing a clear failure in service. To clarify the facts: The Booking: As a customer, if your property is listed on a major platform like Cleartrip, I have every right to book it. If you have a dispute with them, that is a business issue for you to resolve legally, not a reason to tell a paying guest "it's your problem." Room Availability: You only informed me of a "cancellation" the next morning—after I had already been forced to spend my evening and money securing a different hotel at double the price because you originally insisted you were full. The "Nudging": Being told five times on day one to check out the next morning is not "professional" communication; it is harassment. Professionalism: A professional business addresses service gaps (like the lack of toiletries, poor AC, and power issues I mentioned) with solutions, not by attacking the character of their guests online. I have booked room booking through Flipkart via clear trip , they have denied my booking, once you reach you will first show your mobile Booking right, for this they have behave so rude and asked me to tell my name instead of checking my after that they will See my booking .the reception boy was ridiculous and ruthless behaviour. They have directly said they don't share any platform with flipkart/ amazon. Is this truly possible? How they have provided me my booking voucher and confirmation letter.

I had a terrible experience with this Hotel/Lodge. Initially they had sent me a QR code and for payment even though I had made full payment for 2 days stay in advance while booking through the Agoda website. Then they said it was a mistake and I have accepted it as it could be a human error. On the 2nd day I was denied access to my room without any valid reason and I was made to stand outside the room, (I was really tired after a long drive and trekking and wanted to take rest) I had to wait for their inexperienced staff to have mercy on me even though I had pre-paid for the room. Evening again while returning after my dinner entry to my room was blocked. In this hotel you don't require an alarm clock ⏰ Power failure will wake you up (Power failed and nobody bothered) Orchestras by mosquitoes are complimentary. There is no one to take care of you except a security staff who don't know anything. The overall experience was pathetic.

We had booked an executive room. The location is good for people coming to visit the city, as it is on the main road and commute to and fro from the city is easy. The manager Mr. Murthy is really helpful in getting help wherever possible, but if you are visiting for a pleasant/picturesque view in Chikmagalur, this is not good as the the view from the room is the barren surrounding and then green mountains in the distance. If you are visiting for places like mullayangiri and hebbe, it is quite far, whatever you save on the stay you'll end up paying for the commute to those places, so better choose someplace near them. The hotel doesn't have it's own food, so either swiggy or walk/drive to an eatery, the closest one is an Aramane outlet(350m) which has only veg food. As it is situated next to the main road you'll keep on hearing sounds of vehicles passing by all throughput the night. When we arrived the kettle was not cleaned, someone who stayed previously had made tea in it and it was not cleaned after that, which was very disappointing, this was cleaned after we complained about it, but should've been checked earlier. The rooms are okay, amble for a days stay. There is parking for cars outside and in the basement. The bedsheets looked not that clean. For Rs. 2750/- per night per room and seeing online ratings, I expected better. Not disappointed anyways just okay'ish
