Brand new pg. Amanities are fresh and new. Owner is a good person ... I complained twice, the very first or second day when I have some washroom maintenance issues.. he instantly fixed it. Second one is when at midnight my room flooded due to a pipe leakage.. but next day early morning he came with pg house owner and tried to address my issue.
