This PG has good maintenance, average food (managable), provides bike parking facilities . The owner is helpful & kind . Price is slightly higher , still reasonable . Amenities like RO water , Washing machines etc works properly . Recommended if you are looking for a well maintained peaceful PG.

My Take : Stayed here for 4 months , never had any issues . Owner stays in the next building he's a kind and geneorus man . Never takes things otherwise , always comes up first resolving any problem. Wont find any issues here , let go of any stereotypes you had for stays in bangalore. Looking for short term stays for 5-6 months you can definitely consider this one . Again if you are an intern coming here , this is the perfect place for you . Pros : 1. 200m walk to benniganahalli metro station will give you access to good amount of places . 2. They have three types of rooms . +Triple sharing i guess its 8k +Double sharing two variants i guess oke with the door that speartes the bed other without the door. I guess for the first one its 12.5 for the second one its 15 ( stayed in the second one) + then at the top they have some single sharing room i dont know it was about 17 -18k 3. Good people mostly working at companies nearby stay here , youve got good restaurants down the lane . 4. Overall the environment is good , even at the societal level . 5. Good water 24/7 drinking water wifi washing machines. Cons : 1. Should not be a con its subjective , food i rarely had can't stuff my m

I can tell it's one of the best PGs for gents. The catch here is, it's a new PG with good facilities. The owner and the staff are the best. The food was decent and the rooms were good. There is good hygiene in the PG as there is daily cleaning and mopping in every room.
