Food is ok Old pg owner was putting 5sharing with reasonable price 5000 to 5500 rs only Now new pg owner taking 6500 to 7000 with 6sharing only single bath room. How can 6sharing with this much of price. In this area this is costliest pg. If your seeking for this pg ask 5000 to 5500 rs only for 6 sharing. I have asked my deposit the owner say you paid to old owner don't ask me. What is this i lost my deposit money. That's why giving 1 rating Room rating 1.5/5 worst Food 3/5 is ok Water supply 1/5 (every time water will be empty, you need to wake up early for shower otherwise water will be empty soon) Owner behaviour 2.5/5 (when you were in pg they will talk sweet. When they need to pay the deposit money they will show there colors) Over all experience: ok I got a clash with pg owner for deposit money, I never faced anything like this before!! I have been in 7pg's till now. Owner resufused to pay my money back because it was given to old pg owner. How ridiculous it was!!

Worst pg these reviews which are positivily given are all fake they have typed infront of pg owner Cons: Owner will always come in without knocking or anything if your ladies beware he is having a duplicate key he opens up and come to your room directly if you locked the door as well 1. No lift , no parking spot, wifi always get down. 2. Room price 7500 rs they charge for 6 SHARING with single bathroom. (IF YOUR DUMB YOU WILL PAY ) ASK 4500 FOR 6 SHARING NOT MORE THAN THAT 3. Water will not come everyday water issue 4. Food worst if they provide curry they won't provide dal. If they provide dal they won't provide curry you need to eat white rice. 5. There will be no lunch box. You need put you breakfast as lunch 5. Breakfast there is no menu 7. I lost 2000 rs and 500rs one time when I complaint the owner harshly replied. 8. If you want to stay for 1 day they are taking 700rs with food with out food 650 9. Only one washing machine that to 5th floor no lift 10. This pg owner will eat you about electric bill and pg rent is very low like that. Pro: It has kitchen if you want to cook you can buy a electric cooker or induction you can cook. I bought induction I cook my self.

Sri Shiva Nagalakshmi PG (Gents) is a clean and comfortable place to stay. The food is homely, and the rooms are well maintained.Management is friendly and responds quickly to issues. Overall, it’s a good and affordable PG for students and working professionals.
