I’m beyond frustrated with this hostel. I’ve been asking for a bed change for over a week because my bed is infested with bed bugs, and still nothing has been done. Every time I raise a ticket on the Zolo app, it says issues will be resolved “in a jiffy” what a joke! Lot of sleepless nights and constant itching, but all I get are empty promises and zero action. The management clearly doesn’t care about residents’ comfort or health. Pathetic service and false claims. And don’t believe the positive reviews here, most of them are fake. The caretakers literally ask residents for their phones and post good reviews themselves. It’s completely misleading and dishonest. To make things worse, they charge extra for water, which is a basic necessity that every hostel should provide. It’s ridiculous and greedy. Horrible maintenance, useless support, and zero accountability. Avoid this place if you value basic hygiene and honesty.

Third Class Zolo PG Stays I have ever seen in my entire Life. I have stayed in different zolo across Bangalore over 3 years now until i came to Zolo Clapton and my Life have gone downhill. Water problem, 2 wheeler parking problem, No Personal Spa or compound, Dirty Management. I got Fired 5 times from my 5 different jobs while in this PG for 5 Months. Water will come hot only from morning till night. No cold water facility until and unless you fight all day for it then plumper will come late and take another 2 hours to fix it. Then again you cannot even wash your face for all day due to only Hot water coming in all the rooms and pipes in Zolo Clapton. I lost all my jobs while staying here and i lost my last job today while typing this at this moment. Due to no shower and not able to take shower and get ready for this Hot boiling Water.
