“PG is not worth for the money you pay. Only 3 washing machines will be working at any point of time. Food they provide is not that good. When we leave PG they will charge 500 ruppes more from the money you must get as deposit amount telling something like cleaning charge( basically it goes to the pocket of Mahesh the guy who is in charge of this pg). There are good pg available at cheaper rate than this better go to them than Surya homes.”

“Came to visit to see rooms,the man who sits in reception to show the rooms is very arrogant and attitudic. Bathrooms tiles looked very dirty and old,needs maintenance. Advance was very high,I never saw 10k as advance anywhere else.Better pgs available for affordable rent and less advance.They need to work on the staff who sits in reception.”

“Water dispenser bottles are greenish and fungi seems to there. Food hygiene but no variety. Room Cleaning is good. Cost is high.”

Issues I have faced: 1)The food taste is very bad for south indian guys and maintains poor items and is not worty of what I have paid to pg. 2)Washing machines are not maintained very bad and is gradually unrepaired if damaged. 3)Even we urge management they will not respond for the first two issues mentioned above

Manikandan Damodharan★★★★★I am staying in this PG for past 9 Months. Food is mediocre. Nothing great. They sweep the rooms and wash the toilets daily. Other than that nothing much. They don't attend to complaints on time. They don't even give a phone number to contact someone for urgent complaints. Especially post evening. Not worth the price at all. If you can afford to extend your budget a little more then I would suggest Stanza. There the food and cleanliness is very good and they are very professional too.
