“Never get in a zolo property they are the biggest scammers, I had to deposit 10k and they said that 2.3k are the exit charges, and when I exited the property, they charged me for bills which I haven't even consumed like the electricity bill, I was in a different state and there was no one in the room and no electricity was being run still they charged me an additional of 1.3k for electricity and when I called customer care, they are just transferring the calls from the cluster manager to the customer care executive, they can only initiate refund after we accept the refund but these scammers without my permission they initiated the refund process and now I will only get 6.5k in total. Never going to go for zolo stays. And this property there are even thieves who steal others foods from the common fridge, so there is no guarantee in this place better if u find somewhere else to stay but never zolo, they are the biggest scammers and looters.”

“I stayed for a month here n not even a single day I got hot water to bath. I even raised ticket for twice but of no use. Later the care takers lost my key so the cleaning dint happen properly. When I informed to customer service about this, they started claiming that everyone is getting hot water how come I’m not. Literally he was so rude tat instead of listening to customer’s problem he was about to prove that I lied. Very bad experience. I would suggest not to use this property.”

No proper cleaning will happen at all.. forget about deep cleaning whoever is moving first time. care taker/ staffs has a seperate key and their staffs will enter at any time in the room without asking permission other than cleaning room and take out things to give it to another immediate tenant. They are running this pg as a local pg, no privacy and need to request all time for everything and seems to be unprofessional.

abhishek nair★★★★★The worst PG i have ever seen in banglore. Never expected such service from this pg. Multiple issues 1-Hot water issue. 2-lift not working. 3- bad wifi service. Raising tickets in app is waste of time . They need you to pay rent on time and while raising the ticket for any issue you have to wait for weeks or months no TAT for it. Dont look for this pg or their service in banglore. Very pathetic service they have and not worth it. Better look for local pg’s instead of this. Managers are also not responsible such a useless guyss .
