“Very bad experience staying at Blue Bell PG. This was my first PG experience in Bangalore, and it was extremely disappointing. Rent is very high but facilities are very poor. There were cockroaches and rats, no proper cleaning, and serious hygiene issues. They provided only breakfast and dinner, with very limited facilities overall. Even if we inform one month in advance before vacating, they do not return the advance amount. Most residents are college students, and it seems the management takes advantage of people who are new and unaware of better PG options. Most of the good reviews here seem to be paid or not genuine, as they do not reflect the actual living conditions.”

“My daughter was staying in this PG. I would recommend no parent to keep their children here. Rent is very high, rooms did not have windows, network is very bad, hygiene wise very bad. First few days was a trauma for her as cockroach was inside the rooms due to open dirty dustbins outside the rooms & kitchen & eating area had lots of rat. Food was not at all upto the standard. Breakfast maximum days was not on time, dinner was veg but pathetic. 1 day in the menu they served only chapati & cucumber. You can adjust with everything if the behaviour of staff is good. That is also very very bad.”

Disclaimer: please don’t get cheated with their positive reviews it’s all fake and paid ones, you could easily spot from the user id and the location is the same. Please be away from this Scam and the fraudulent management and cheating Sociopath owner doesn’t even know to respect the tenants and filled with lies and minipulation. Better find a nice pg to stay and have a peace of mind. All the best.

Levi Chan★★★★★Bad place trust me. If u plan to join here, just know that if water or electricity goes it's gonna take 5 hours or a full day for it to come back. And they really know how to ruin good food and its taste. The hygiene here is soo bad the people won't even clean the bathroom properly. People join here just cuz of the locality nothing else and thats the only reason this place is still running. If u ask the staff why there is no water they won't even care to give u a proper reason to why its not there. They be like, wait it will come after an hour or maybe at the end of the day. So rude. Its so funny to see that all the 5 star reviews are written by the staff in blue bells itself🤭😂. I don't even wanna give a 1 star..this place doesn't deserve that too.. Pls trust this review and pls don't join this pg I'm doing u guys a favor...

J J★★★★★Facilities provided are below par, most of which don't work, it's not premium in any sense. Rent levied isn't the same for any residents staying there be it triple/double sharing or private rooms and preference amid any situation is given to the person who pays more and has stayed there the longest. If you want to stay peacefully during your time in Bangalore, this isn't the place. Only plus is, there isn't any restrictions on entry and exit timing. If the pg staff is wondering who I am pls don't waste your time in finding me, just fix your attitude and keep your word on providing the facilities that you offer. **Whoever plans on joining, pls remember to sign a contract with the pg regarding the caution deposit keeping the clause mainly on facilities provided and staff behaviour from your side.** Also ensure said facilities are actually being provided or usable. Beware fake reviews☺️...funny thing, all other reviews are by the management staff itself😂😂

Before coming to bangalore, i had contacted and asked the blue bells pg's one of the members over the call regarding the amount to be paid as a monthly rent, deposit, how many months before we need to tell them before vacating and other conditions such as whats the in time, what all facilities. That time they said only about monthly rental 10.5 k for 3 sharing, deposit of 18 k, then facilities available fridge in each floor, no lift, no filter water in each floor - u need to get from ground floor only, no geysar inside the bathroom - it is available for a floor only. I was saying i ll see then according to the comfortness as per ur condition i ll tell before 1 month and i ll leave. Th lady whom i spoke with she told me its fine u can pay 5k for now as advance and when you reach u have to pay the whole amount. After i went there, i paid the 23k and they were giving me the agreement after paying the amount that i need to stay atleast 6 months, and they will deduct 2k from my deposit which were not told to me. Mariam John★★★★★I do not recommend this pg to anyone at all. They force the tenants to post good reviews and the staffs are very rude and will yell at you even if you are asking a doubt. They were very rude to my guardian too when it was the matter of deposit. They blocked my number because I had to ask about my deposit and they also yelled at me and called me mad for calling them twice or thrice because they wouldn't answer my questions and did not give me my deposit back even after i informed themand fought about it and yelled at me . The other thing is there is no hygiene maintained in the pg. Me and my friends faced stomach issues and one even got admitted in the hospital and the owner blamed her for getting admitted. There was cockroach in my sambar one day and they just overlooked it even after I complained. There are rats and cockroaches running around in the kitchen and they dont even clean the vessels they use. They keep the vegetables out in the night which gets exposed to these cockroaches and rats. They have really bad washing machines which doesnt work most of the time. My room had many cockroaches from day one and even in the bathroom there are many cockroaches. Both me and my
