Property is nice and big but the staff and maintenance is one of the worst. Staff are lethargic, unfriendly. Entire property though beautiful gives a dirty vibe as nothing is clean. Room Bathroom was dirty. Almost the entire night AC didn't work. The tables and chairs in the dining room were still dirty and not cleaned. Not at all worth the money they are charging. Definitely one of the worst stays I ever had anywhere.

No sense of hospitality. Unprofessional staff, specially manager Venu was very rude in all his responses. As we reached an hour early and asked if we can check-in now. First he asked his staff if it is online booking. He was like don’t expect early check-in and good behavior from them since it was online booking. In dessert, they just had vanilla ice-cream. So we asked one of their staff if we can order from outside. Staff said yes but then the reception person was creating nuisance and didn’t want to allow outside food. Property and location is good, but with zero hospitality. Think again before booking.

Well I felt very overpriced for queen suite. Unprofessional staff, asked me to wait one hour as i was early there. Security asked to open our baggage to check if we have any food, how cheap mentality. Why should we open personal stuff? Room was clean but bathroom was not enough maintained. Taps & walls were broken, hot water is from solar, of emptied no hot water in night Staff doesn't know to operate jacuzzi. They don't know how to turn on There was a snail & other insects inside jacuzzi pipes. Breakfast, can u expect only 3 things in buffet? Idly wada & puri. Taste? I left in plate. No hairdryer or fridge in amenities (though mentioned) denied is to provide No bon fire. & Staff was trying to be friendly at end checkout expecting tips.

I booked a queen room and a deluxe room I had the worst experience ever in a stay hygiene was the worst beds were filled with bugs and sheets were completely dirty NO HOT WATER for bathroom I had to take bath in cold water the staff and reception are the worst they act like third class lowgrades no manner no respect, if you want to absolutely hate your stay and pray that the night gets over you can visit this place or else please don’t go here

Dear Olivia Management, I recently visited your resort and had a pleasant stay. The restaurant service was truly awesome and fantastic! The food and service were top-notch. However, we did have a disappointing and worst experience with the receptionist, the guy who was quite rude and unprofessional in their behavior and he speaks without respect. I hope you will take necessary steps to address this issue and ensure that your front desk staff provides a warm and welcoming experience for your guests.

Swimming coaching is not good for kids, they are charging 5.3k for 20 classes coaches are not skilled it’s purely kids ability to learn, tone of voice and behaviour of the staff at reception is very rude, they sound like payment is received if you want to utilise the facility use it or leave it’s up to you…this is how they sound, overall the experience is very bad…..don’t suggest this place for swimming classes.
