“I booked room for my family, with the clear understanding that these would be king-sized executive rooms. However, when my family arrived at the hotel, they were given one executive room and one single-occupancy room, which was a complete mismatch with what we had reserved. My mother, who was unaware of the booking details, accepted whatever room they gave her. When I called to check on the room, she informed me that they had been given a single-occupancy room. Since we had kids with us, it was difficult for us to manage in that small room. When I contacted the hotel, they gave excuses, claiming that the room was provided based on two people, even though we had specifically booked executive rooms. The hotel staff had no right to make this decision, especially when they are charging the same amount for both rooms. Now, they are refusing to resolve the issue or issue any refund, despite clearly providing a much smaller room than what was promised. This is a deceptive practice, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“My greetings to the dear Ocean Pearl manager, your hotel is the best in the entire state of Karnataka, even though you are earning crores of rupees per month, it is very sad that there is not a single restroom for drivers anywhere in your hotel, Today, to bring you profit, those drivers bring the customer who has booked your room to your room in a safe vehicle, don't they? The customer who has booked your room sleeps luxuriously in the room you provide, but only the driver who brought him should sleep in the vehicle. Today, all the luxury hotels have restrooms for the driver, but why not in your Ocean Pearl? You think that the poor are so poor, don't you? Please go ahead and provide a restroom for the driver. I am appealing to you with concern. Ocean Pearl in Ujire serves thousands of devotees who come to Dharmasthala and Subrahmanya temples every day and see your hotel as a driver. They ask to park nearby, then when they are comfortably in the room, the driver's speed is reduced. I would like to request once again with concern that at least one Ocean Pearl hotel in every district should provide a restroom for the driver 🙏”

“Very bad experience. The ambience was nice, but the tables weren’t cleaned even after we requested it. Eventually, we were asked to move to a different table. We weren’t served water, and it took a long time for our order to be taken. The food was good, but we had to wait an incredibly long time for the bill as well.”

Spoorthy Prakash★★★★★I had been to restaurant and ordered baby corn pepper fry, veg pulao and fried rice, I placed these orders around 2pm baby corn pepper fry was served at 2.30pm and veg pulao was served at 2.45pm and fried rice was served at 2.55pm after so much late the rice was not hot at all it was cold and the taste was worst fried rice was ok when it was compared to pulao after having food there I had food poisoning suffered for two days that’s the reason my writing this review it look hygiene but foods are not prepared well I would not recommend anyone to go there.

After that disappointment . there was no hot water ij the shower .when we asked the reception for help regarding getting a taxi the man rudely told us to go out and get it for yourself . This is the first time I had such an experience staying in a hotel usually any hotel you stay helps you arrange a taxi or atleast the security guard gets an auto for you . later we asked them to help us regarding location an ev charging station as we needed to charge our car again there was no help . no response whatsoever. later we found a charging station in hotel Aditya view that is 20 minutes from the hotel .

Sandesh S★★★★★The worst food I have had the misfortune of eating. Each of the items were bland. They even charge for extra servings in a thali which I have never heard of in any restaurant. Pathetic experience. The only reason we opted for this was because we were looking at a decent place and looking at it from outside we decided to try it out. Worst mistake that we could make. And they charge way too much. So please avoid if you can.

Such a delay, time wasted for 2 hours, not able to complete my trip on time. I will never visit in future also. Food quality is not upto the mark too.

Took around 2.5 hrs for a lunch .. the starters were cold and some how we accepted .. but the rotis were cold too, had to resend them for fresh preparation .. had ordered for some desserts and juice which took ages and literally had to beg them to serve the order so that we can leave ...

Additionally, we ordered Neer Dosa at Sagar Ratna, a supposedly vegetarian restaurant, only to find eggshell in our dish. This incident raises concerns about the restaurant's commitment to justice for vegetarians and Jains.
