I stayed at this co-living space for almost 6 years, and it truly used to feel like home. I was very happy here for a long time—mainly because of the cleanliness, maintenance, supportive staff, and overall management. In fact, I even stayed despite my office being far, just because the living experience was worth it. Over the years, I tried almost every type of room in this property as needed, and I always preferred staying here. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically in the last 1.5–2 years, and I was finally forced to move out today. Laundry service, which used to be reliable (1-day turnaround), has become extremely poor. Clothes have been returned unwashed, and once they weren’t returned at all. After multiple follow-ups, I was told to go to another property to collect them myself. When I raised a complaint, instead of support, I received a call from a manager accusing me of lying. That was very disappointing. Parking is another major issue. Despite paying monthly for bike parking (which is free in many other places), the parking area is always occupied by unauthorized vehicles. I often have to move 2–3 bikes just to take mine out. I had recently booked a room for myself at FF21 KDH, and i had paid the deposit amount as well but the conditions of the rooms were beyond pathetic. I was shown a total of 4 different rooms - each having issues so intense that it made the rooms uninhabitable! one of the rooms was stinking so bad that i couldn’t stand for more than a minute, the next one had a broken washroom and another one was deeply dimly lit and the last one required a deep cleaning hence rendering that room unusable as well. I would suggest everyone to check out the properties for yourself before booking the place as that money is apparently non-refundable!

This is one of the good looking from outside and shittiest place from inside place, I lived there for a month and i started to face the issues from day 1. They try to loot you from left to right be it anything, Every service they offer comes with a star condition. Top reasons why you shouldn’t go this this place: 1) They will never give your deposit back 2) The food is extremely pathetic (Trust me) 3) Cockroaches in the rooms 4) Poor wifi and pool data consumption prices (Expensive) 5) Low water pressure in flush and shower 6) Water issues 7) Common kitchen is extremely unhygienic 8) They clean the room once in 3 days only 9) Unprofessional and Duffer sales girls, once you pay the amount, They won’t entertain you further on grievances. I stayed here from August 2025 to September 2025 and i regret every penny and my time i spent there. Please go to some different place!

Very poor management and extremely disappointing experience. I had pre-booked a room and received booking confirmation on WhatsApp. However, on the day of check-in, I was allotted a completely different room. The staff claimed that there was no “proper email communication,” which was never mentioned earlier. If email confirmation was mandatory, then what is the point of pre-booking and confirming on WhatsApp? To make matters worse, there was no accountability. The management team asked me to contact the sales team, and the sales team redirected me back to management. No one took responsibility, and I felt completely misled. Overall, it seemed like the only intention was to extract more money from the customer. This was my worst experience so far, and I would not recommend this place due to its poor coordination and unprofessional management.

Well they won't refund your pg security. You will have to do multiple followups . And still nothing ! They make fake promise of 90 day refund and then they ask for few more months . They do act professional , they will give an exact date for refund and will expect you to forget about your money by then . So , ff21 pls return my money . And stop this shady business ! Ps : I don't need your email id or your sorry . I just need my money . No I did not have a good time because you are tormenting me by not returning my deposit !

1. Horrible location. Dirty neighborhood and took me at least 40-45 mins to get an Uber to anywhere 2. Extremely poor quality of food service. It's completely contrast to how they market themselves as luxury and fancy accommodation with their pictures. 3. Shady when is comes to returning deposit. I had to approach police to report them. Even after that, they took almost 4 month to return 50k. Owner is rude and pathetic. Avoid talking to him at all cost. 4. Horrible wifi. They won't even let you buy your own wifi. You have to use their's and keep paying extra every month. If you frequently work from home, you will have major issues here. 5. For 26k a month, I didn't even have a chair to sit on to have dinner. Just 2 lousy deflated bean bags. So you have to sit on your bed to eat or take your food all the way rooftop. For that price one should expect bare minimum seating. Strange arrangement for a studio with kitchen. 6. Common kitchen is dirty beyond imagination. I avoided even touching the tap to wash my hands. No one cleans after themselves. These guys have a very weird concept of co living. It's nothing more than a hostel. AVOID THIS OVER PRICED AND OVERHYPED PLACE. It's good onl

Absolutely worst. Waste of money Rats and cockroaches in Common kitchen. Poor ventilation in certain rooms, 3-4 rooms are enclosed in a glass covered corridor and even opening windows doesn't provide much ventilation as there is a building literally 5 inches next to this. Lack of enough parking space. Additional charges for parking ( That too to park in a place where birds poop a lot ) I stayed there for 1 month, and left due to poor ventilation and lack of hygiene in kitchen, the charged me for 3 months saying it's policy.

Though the place is very neat , clean and well maintained. I doubt their conversion of customer. Their manager is least bothered to pick calls or even to respond back. The caretaker of the facility is least bothered to show the rooms or to send someone along with the customer. Customers are asked to room in the property on their own , which is a safety concern if someone has any ill intention then people are not safe inside there rooms as anyone goes in and come out as a potential customer

Pros: 1. Decent size bed 2. Lots of storage 3. Although a gimmick but pool table and PS is there and food is fine comparatively although just 2 times and nothing on weekends. Cons: 1. Cockroaches, lots of them in the cupboard, bathroom, room flooring etc. 2. Micro transection on everything, want good wifi? pay more, what to put something in the fridge? pay more, want to wash clothes frequently? pay more, want parking? pay more.etc. etc. 3. They just simply don't return your deposit amount, some of my amount was remaining after adjusting it in the rent and after 3 something months I still don't have it, you can read others reviews too. you'll not get you deposit back if you forgot to get it adjusted in last month rent or some of it still was left. 4. Severe water supply problem, sometimes hot water doesn't come in the tap or shower, sometimes water doesn't come at all for 24hrs either because the tanker didn't come to fill it up or just because their pipeline is clogged. 5. Beware!! when you start living here you will find cockroaches in room with no water and wifi. What will you do when you need to shower to leave for office and you got no water. And their wifi is as usual very poor. Taking 18k and not providing any services their lift was also non functional for 2 months

They charge unnecessary and hidden fees when you check out, and sometimes even while you're still staying at the property. No matter how well you maintain the property, they will come up with fake excuses to keep your money. Their customer support is useless and unresponsive, leaving you frustrated and helpless. Terrible place to stay. Cockroaches everywhere and no response even after dozens of complaints. Laundry quality is awful — clothes get damaged. Room cleaning is very poor and only done properly after repeated requests. Rats keep damaging car wiring; I’ve spent over ₹30,000 on repairs this year. Reception is almost always empty and complaints go nowhere. Wi-Fi is the worst — base plan is 30 Mbps but gives under 10 Mbps, supports only 2 devices, and you must pay extra for speed or additional devices. Last year, the lift didn’t work for 33 days. Overall, zero maintenance, fake promises, and no improvement despite constant complaints. Absolutely not recommended.
