“I wish I could give zero stars. We booked rooms at Whispering Rocks two months in advance for a group of 10 bikers. After a grueling 650 km ride from morning until night, we arrived at the hotel exhausted, only to be told that our rooms were not available! This was after we'd already paid them an advance deposit to secure our stay. The lack of professionalism and respect for their guests is truly shocking. Not only did they leave us stranded with nowhere to rest after an incredibly long journey, but they didn't even have the courtesy to inform us beforehand so we could make alternate arrangements. This kind of disregard for customer reservations is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with travelers who rely on these plans after long-distance rides. If you're considering Whispering Rocks, beware: they may leave you high and dry regardless of any promises or bookings they make. Do yourself a favor and find a place that actually respects its customers.”

“Had a terrible experience at Whispering Rocks Jungle Resort. The rooms were pathetic. We were visited by frogs, geckos, and even cockroaches inside. There’s no exhaust in the bathroom, and hot water also isn’t available. The restaurant menu has very limited options, and even basic orders take forever to arrive. There is also no network in the area. The host was rude and inconsiderate, and had absolutely no sense of hospitality whatsoever. The only positive here was the server, Niranjan, who was genuinely kind and attentive to our requests.”

OMIgraphy - Photos & Films★★★★★Pathetic is the only word. Don't fall for what they show. Visiting here means u need to be prepared for everything. No local transport, no chai stall. Rooms are average. No hot water tap. Poor Wifi connection & no mobile network. Dining - is slow & seems they don't know how to cook. Overpriced. Pizza & pasta are not available on weekdays. On the website, they mentioned free amenities, but we need to confirm once we are at location 2 to 3 times.

arun naani★★★★★I visited this restaurant recently and my experience was extremely disappointing. I started by ordering a soup, and honestly, it was one of the worst I’ve ever had – completely lacking in taste, freshness, and quality. If a simple starter like soup cannot be made properly, it raises serious doubts about the rest of the menu. The restaurant really needs to pay attention to the basics: food quality, taste, and preparation standards. Customers come here expecting good food, not something that feels careless and below average. Definitely not worth the visit

Akshay Raghotham★★★★★Cheap and third class resort. Worst food, worst customer service. Please think twice before going. Food is worst with overpriced menu and overpriced stay.

BanashriHarrison★★★★★We chose this restaurant to have a celebration lunch for one of our gr9up of four and really regretted our choice. |Impressed by the extensive multicuisine menu, two of us ordered butter garlic prawns , roast potatoes and kingfish fried just with butter, garlic and black pepper. We emphasized many times that there should be NO other spices and the waiter nodded. Our friends ordered prawn curry and chicken korma with naans.|Our drinks came quite fast (lassi and lemon soda) . After 25 minutes , our three dishes arrived but the dishes ordered by our friends came after another 30 minutes when we had finished eating! That too after reminding. Their curries must have been already made and it was only the naans that would have to be cooked fresh so the delay is quite incomprehensible and totally spoilt our lunch.|Coming to the taste of the food, while our friends' dishes were ok, our prawns were rubbery and 5asteless . The worst thing was that despite our clear instructions, the kingfish was smothered in some awful spice paste. We couldn't eat it and refused to pay for it. Only the potatoes were ok.|The management had to accept this but did so with little grace. There was no apology

Guruprasad★★★★★They do not respond to phone calls at all. We booked the room online and tried multiple times to call them for confirmation, but no one answered. The road leading to the resort was under construction, and we needed to check with them about an alternative route. Despite calling several times, they never picked up. Because of this lack of communication, we were forced to book another hotel at the last minute

Jeetu Balmiki★★★★★We had the most horrible experience at Whispering Rocks. My friends and I had planned a long-awaited trip from Pune to Hampi, riding our bikes all day. After enduring almost 12 hours on the road, battling exhaustion, heat, and dust, we were eagerly looking forward to resting in the room we had booked TWO MONTHS in advance. However, when we arrived late in the evening, completely drained, the staff casually informed us that they had no rooms available! We were shocked and furious. How can a hotel simply disregard confirmed bookings? When we tried to reason with the staff, they were unapologetic and dismissive. They made no effort to provide an alternative solution, leaving us stranded in an unfamiliar town at night, when finding accommodation was nearly impossible. It was as if they didn’t care about our situation at all. This is not just about bad management but a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. If a hotel cannot honor confirmed bookings, what’s the point of making a reservation? Their callous attitude and unhelpful demeanor ruined what was supposed to be an exciting start to our Hampi adventure. To anyone considering staying at Whispering Rocks—think twice. If the

Jyoti Varshney★★★★★My experience at this restaurant was not entirely pleasant. I ordered watermelon juice, but it was served warm initially, and I had to wait for 20 minutes before they brought ice. The food also took quite some time to be served. Whenever I asked the waiters about something, I felt that I received disapproving looks. Overall, the service was slow, and the lack of attentiveness from the wait staff affected my dining experience negatively.

chetan sarnad★★★★★Although the room was booked a month in advance along with the deposit, there was some confusion with the staff. The rooms do not have hot water supply. The restaurant service was delayed, although the taste was decent.

OnAir33183189199★★★★★I honestly wish I could give negative stars. We reserved rooms at Whispering Rocks two months in advance for a group of 10 bikers, anticipating a much-needed break after an exhausting 650 km ride that took us from dawn until nightfall. We arrived at the hotel completely drained, only to be told—after paying a deposit—that our rooms weren’t available.||The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect we experienced is beyond comprehension. Not only did they leave us stranded in the middle of the night at 11 PM, but they also failed to notify us in advance, forcing us to scramble for accommodations with no options left. The fact that they treated paying customers this way, especially after a grueling journey, is not just unprofessional—it’s downright disgraceful.||If you're considering Whispering Rocks, beware: they will completely disregard your reservation and leave you out in the cold without hesitation. Don’t waste your time here—find a place that actually respects its customers and honors its commitments.

Harish Thakur (HotFix)★★★★★I am extremely disappointed with the service at Whispering Rocks. Our group of 10 riders had pre-booked and paid in advance for our rooms two weeks ago. After a grueling 15-hour bike ride from Pune to Hampi, we arrived at the hotel only to be denied check-in without any explanation. The staff suggested we book another hotel instead, which was unacceptable given the circumstances. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
