Stay at this paying guest accommodation was terrible.To make matters worse, the landlord was dishonest and refused to return the deposit amount without any valid reason. Additionally, she changed our gas cylinders from unused to used ones, clearly showing a lack of integrity and fairness. She also seems to be involved in some dubious activities by giving bad reviews to others, trying to deflect from her own shortcomings. There's no acceptance or willingness to improve on her part.Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience. Stay away if you value your peace of mind and hard-earned money.

My friends have been through enough The PG at first looked alright But slowly after a few months we got to know the reality There were so many restrictions The area was not safe , the landlord was a psycho She used to control when to use hot water and when to use gas There was constant micromanaging by the lady and she was very rude and always annoyed everyone in the PG Methil PG is very expensive, and the facilities there are not even well there. You can rather rent a 1RK and have more freedom and comfort than staying in Methil PG If you're planning to stay in Jalahalli, avoid Methil PG at any cost The owner has split personality and some kind of issues and takes it out on the people Deposit amount also she won't give back And only takes Cash, you can't even gpay or do online payment for the rent Big scam she does charging 5k per head for not even any facility You don't even have proof for the rent that your paying So you can rest be assured that owner will take full advantage of this and do scams

I have stayed for 1 year but the experience is worst .... As we r not supposed to use iron box or any other electronic devices.. As there is no proper place to wash clothes n to hang them after wash .. the place of washing also it's worst no clean nothing.... And in ground floor we can't even walk n get in because of the owner vehicle..and they have 4floors for tht they have small water filter if someone fills water for 2-3 liters there will no no water for others for sometime.. n yeah the washroom maintenance is worst they won't clean n the nothing is there inside the washroom ... And there were no proper fan ..they took for repair n they didn't give for 2.5 months till i leave tht room n they charge 2500 for maintenance but nothing they will do they give same bed same bed cover n dirty walls ... There will be no cupboard nothing..they take as if they clean the room but the cockroaches r filled everywhere n they converted kitchen into room in tht also they have their things still they charge high...and yeah that lady talk nice untill u get in their..once u start staying there she will show her real face ... She do discrimination between Mallu guy's n other region guy's more favour

Worst Pg There are no facilities in this pg, no maintenance still they charge for it lol, without food they charge ₹4700 and including food it wud cost you around 7 to 8k per month. They have a common tv but no cable connection, I didnt even get a pillow when asked she gave some lame excuse, one cannot use iron box, no kettle, to use the stove you should pay 400/m extra, no washing machine, you get hot water only in the morning from 7-10, sometimes there's water issue, no dustbin. I stayed in this pg for one month and the experience was horrible. In that one month only twice a lady came to clean the room and the wash room, I didn't even get the cupboard key when I asked, pg owner told me that she is not well. Even during this pandamic they did not keep a sanitizer and when girls asked for it they aksed us to get a empty bottle. You would easily get a better pg than this for 6k with all facilities. Only good thing about the pg is that it is in a good place.

First try to spell correct name..... And stop telling nonsense things abt me without knowing no one will was pant for hours .. mind it ..u didn't get any other things to say abt me ? .... N my frnds used to come n go but they never used to run like as u said they used to go by walk itself.... N PPL in the floor used to say abt me ... Did they said they used to bring drinks n do party with frnds ? Does they said abt the smoking in the same floor?... N yeah ur malyali guys were using stove n kettle do u observed that ?.. first stop discrimination in the pg thn talk owner... And yeah u said abt staying ryt... Hope u know ur rules read it again in ur form madam ji U don't give room for few months n u ask PPL to stay more than 6 months so we PPL stayed... Mind ur language first Owner We do know how to stay n wt to do we don't want certificate from u ....

Be careful patrons, pls don't join this PG as this PG doesn't have any proper facilities to stay and besides it serve legal notice if u vacate within one or two months of your stay and if u put a review about this PG. Be careful.
