The receptionist doesn't have basic manners... He was playing songs in phone with loud music till late night until I shouted at him. The rooms are very pathetic and also no service at all. Paying 3000 per night, at least we would expect the room to be clean. The room 109 is right next to reception area and the receptionist was talking to customers till late night with loud noice for which we couldn't sleep.

Please don't use this hotel. If you book rooms online, they will allote rooms but if any other person come and offer a better price they will definitely cancell your booking. I booked 9 rooms through agoda in this hotel. When i reached hotel with 34 other guests (including 18 ladies) they denied my entry. The reason was interesting... " the booking was taken by the previous management and now hotel is sold, the new management is kot liable for the previous booking". I was shocked and i could arrange an alternate stay only after 3-4 hours of searching. When enquired, it ia a common practice done by this hotel management. If they get a new guest who gives more cash, they will cancell your bookibg without any intimation. So i strongly advice not to syay in this hotel.

We booked through online and received confirmation. But hotel declined admission saying they have booked for a wedding. No refund. We lost money and also with no accommodation. And very rude behaviour by the person at the counter. Will never recommend this place again. Very sad and bad experience.

The rooms were neat. Props to Pranesh for his expressional service, my mom forgot her mobile charger and I called him next day and he promptly kept it to collect, luckily my driver had some work there and he picked it up! Good to see there is still hospitality in this day and age!
