When I am joining this Pg, that is the best PG in this surrounding. After few weeks. I know that is the one of the worst experience. I got of all the times because the first concern is behaviour of the owner. Still, he is there, still, he is torturing, everyone is arrogant to everyone. I explain it will take more time. I just put some videos and reference. You just see that.we all are complaining about food. Then he start fighting to few peoples and we call Police and they came and sort this things.He just kick out who called the police.. but he did not accept about the quality is very low. It’s not even edible sometimes.

Worst PG ever. I lived 1 month in a three sharing room but had a worst experience. Food quality is not good and the owner's behaviour is very toxic. I suggest everyone to not join this PG. Please stay away 🙏🙏🙏

Once you have paid the rent and advance the Owners behaviour will change, I don't know why but they hesitate to feed if you are late to the breakfast, Lunch and dinner, I stayed for 6 months, PG is clean and neet but food is the worst thing in that PG, and that too they have timings for food if you are late thers is 95% chance that you don't get food.

Worst PG in the area man, I'm saying this in regard to the idiot PG owner....the guy is a total arrogant guy who does not care about the tenants who live there. By the time we stayed there police has come twice on the tenants and my friends iPad, office laptop got stolen We were staying in the Pg for a while and we had to clash with the owner on multiple occasions...each time that guy changes the rules to his side as he likes and will threaten to call the police on you as he likes. In one scene he even raised his hand against one of our friends. We(11 guys) were fed up with this guy and were ready to shift... this guy refused to give us our deposit back(total of 11000/-) the excuse this guy was saying we didn't inform him on the exact 30day notice period, even of 1 minutes has passed the 30th day that guy won't give the deposit back. We literally had to argue again on the day of vacating still we didn't get the money back. Even if you ask if anything or question him, this guy will ask you to vacate and call the police on you. And if you ask him "MY PG , MY RULES... VACATE BRO" 😂...Thts his reply. Just look for another pg...I would never recommend this pg to anyone Let me add

I contacted the manager about renting a single sharing room for a certain price. He agreed, so I decided to visit and finalize it. On the visit day, he suddenly increased the price. When I reminded him of our previous agreement, he became rude and acted like the owner. I felt relieved to have dodged a bullet. He's local and seems very hypocritical about money. I left immediately and would advise against promoting such people. Edit: We discussed the same room that you are referring to. Thank you.

Top notch hygeine in all sectors. Be it food, room or washrooms, the best I've seen in HSR and around. The price was very decent and the owner was very friendly. WiFi was also super fast and got hot water all day round. Highly recommended
