“I was forced to confirmed the booking on priority. I was ready to make the 50% advance payment just 1 day after my enquiry but the when I indicated that it is not good to put so much pressure and will provide the feedback to the management, we should be given at least few hours time the lady in the sales team just rejected my booking by saying that the resort is sold out for 25th Jan'24 and will not take my booking....this is not a good on the part of the lady from the sales team”

“This is the worst resort experience I’ve had in South India. The price they charge is completely unjustified — it shouldn’t cost more than ₹1,000 per person. The rooms were extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. Every corner was dirty, and even the toilet flush was not working. Despite repeatedly informing the manager, no action was taken. The snacks (which were paid separately) were of very poor quality. They gave multiple phone numbers for different services, but either no one answered the calls or they gave false information. For example, when I asked about a barbecue service, one person said it would be arranged at 7:30 PM (as a paid service), while another said there was no barbecue service at all that day. When I spoke to the manager, he assured me someone would come to explain the charges and details — but nobody showed up. When I tried calling again, my calls were ignored. There were many such frustrating incidents during my stay — too many to list. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I strongly advise you not to waste your hard-earned money here.”

Madhav Chauhan★★★★★Rooms are pretty old. Bathrooms showers are broken. Curtains very dirty. And price is too much. DV management is taking bad advantage since it's near to Bangalore Below average food. Location is good, rupe activity is quite challenging Camp fire speaker was pathetic and bad sound. Not worth in that much price.

Tanushree Baruah★★★★★I recently stayed at Discovery Village, Nandi Hills, and while the property has potential, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. What worked: The resort is beautifully green and scenic, with lots of open space and walking trails. The pottery studio was a charming touch, and the natural surroundings are quite peaceful when the resort isn't overcrowded. What didn’t work: Accessibility is a major issue. There are several stairs and inclines with no elevators, which made movement very difficult for a few in our group. We struggled to find staff when we needed assistance, and the phone in our room was disconnected. There was barely any toilet paper in the room, and overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The rooms were dusty, stuffy, and poorly maintained, with not enough plug points for charging devices. The conference hall where I attended a workshop directly overlooked the swimming pool with no soundproofing. Sessions were frequently interrupted by noise from the pool area. Power cuts were frequent, and the backup was limited. Even the fans in the conference hall were non-functional. Despite the resort’s instructions to let the tap run for hot water, none was avai

Mahaboob Peer★★★★★I visited this place with my family. While the location is good, the overall maintenance is quite poor( toilet, dressing place). The swimming pool is very small, and the chlorine level is so high that the smell doesn’t go away even after a shower. There are only two activities available, and both the indoor and outdoor games are not worth it. I decided to come here after reading the reviews, but I was completely disappointed. The food was decent, but the welcome drink was undrinkable. During tea time, they served tea and pakoras, but no cookies or snacks to go with it. Overall, it’s not worth the money. I would suggest saving your time and money by skipping this place.

Sneha Amar★★★★★We went to discovery village Nandi Hills based on our experience at Kanakapura which was top class. But to our disappointment Nandi Hills resort experience was horrible. Rooms-We booked a duplex cottage but it was filled with monkeys in the balcony and we couldn’t use any sit outs. Rooms did not have phones and all of us had to note down numbers from a chit and make calls if needed. Water stopped al of a sudden in room many a times. Services- Food served was cold be it lunch, dinner or snacks. Dining area was unhygienic with flies all around the plates Outdoor- Kids swimming pool had no water and filled with dust. They don’t have tubes to atleast take them to elders pool. So kids couldn’t enjoy the pool activities. Overall it was a overpriced booking for very minimal facilities provided. Many resorts in Bangalore provide better facilities for lesser price.

Devesh Kandpal★★★★★This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. The property is tiny and was packed with people, making it feel extremely claustrophobic. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, please avoid this place. The rooms are a nightmare with no sound insulation, I could hear every single noise from the adjacent rooms. When I requested a different room, I was moved to one that was even worse. Every step and movement from the room above was painfully audible, and the noise from kids running around made it unbearable. This isn’t the kids’ fault, but the resort should seriously invest in soundproofing. It was so frustrating that I checked out in the middle of the night to avoid ruining my sleep any further. The prices are outrageous for the subpar experience they offer, even the food was very average. I strongly advise against staying here. It’s not worth your time or money.

Shikhar Agrawal★★★★★A very horrible experience. The place is terribly understaffed, they claim to have a lot of activities. But none of them were available. The lunch buffet was very limited and unclean. Our team left early due to this.

Ravi Pant★★★★★This resort is not even 2 star. Fake ratings in google profile. Sharing few details then decide to book it. 1. They dont have any service. Not even room service. They have phone in each room but it doesn’t work. You need to on their mobile number for any work. 2. They run breakfast, lunch and dinner for one hr. Interestingly they close dinner at 9.30 pm. 3. All photos in google profile are atleast 5 yrs old. There is no maintenance in resort. 4. They dont provide packed water bottles. You need to fill it from outside containers (like public places) 5. Rooms and bathroom are very dirty

Aditya Agrawal★★★★★Very bad experience, lack of staffs for guiding about activities. We didn’t even get to know if there were activities existing or they were just in work in progress. Food quality was also bad.

Akhil Singh★★★★★There is no staff here. No service. There is no activity in pre paid package. The brochure mentions shooting, archery, paintball but its all a lie. There is no staff to assist. They don't tell about any activity other than pottery once you arrive here. The sales person that you would contact via website is not present and staff at site feigns ignorance. Absolutely don't come here. Go to Mango Mist instead. Or even torq would be better'

Rajashree Ramaswamy★★★★★I had a very bad experience here. Considering the fact that the location is outside the city with limited access to facilities the place should have some alternatives. It was late night and I had a fall and needed medical help. There was nothing available and neither was the reception ready to help. Considering how cabs are difficult to get, they don’t have alternate options or any cabs available atleast incase of emergency. Overall, very bad experience.

Abhinav Mittal★★★★★This is the worst place for team building activities in bangalore. The staff is non existent. They try to sell the brand based on other discovery village properties, but this one in particular is a waste of time and money. The buffet spread is okay, not particularly good.

Cheshta Kapoor★★★★★Highly disappointed. They proposed a wide range of activities in their brochure but they had nothing. In archery there was only board, no bow and arrows and no one to guide. They had most of the activities under maintenance and food was average. It’s not worth to drive ~80km and pay such high amount for nothing.
