We had planned to visit Nanjangudu swamy temple, so when we reached Nanjangud we usually went to Sri mahadeshwara palace which is located right opposite to Kapila river, we were 4 people all together and when we approached them for the rooms they first asked os to take 2 rooms which we didn’t needed, because when ever we go we just take 1 single room with double cot which was more than sufficient for us, but this time the guy who was there in the lodge said to take 2 rooms and 1 room will cost 800/- and 2 rooms will be 1600/-. However we refused to take 2 rooms! He refused to give us the room when we were all tired travelling for a long time and directly said on our faces that only 2 rooms will be give. Or to leave the place! Just wanted to share this, this is not right they are suppose to give what customers ask for not as what they quote! Over all a bad experience, not a right practise to do it with tourists 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻!

1)Staff is very much bad: Rude behaviour,Bad communication,won't listen at all. 2)Room hygine is NIL, 3)No soap towel etc.., 4)Food & Tea etc.. are not avlable.. 5)Room prices are very much high compare to other hotel ,Nearest to temple,this hotel is not having lift. 6)All the basics shops are in the main market & it's in need of 1km walk in from this hotel. People are very good: Only one thing they should take care of holy river,should keep river in clean mode.

Warning ⚠️ bedbugs inside.!!!!!!! This place is worst. I recently visited Swami temple and stayed a night hault. So we choose this hotel. This was worst decision I took for my family. This room was sooo dirty. We thought its fine any ways we will stay for one night. But couldn't sleep whole night reason was the hotel room and it's beds are filled with bedbugs this is worst really worst. This people' will blame you for choosing this room. Worst service and worst hotel. Please request to avoid this hotel. 😠😠😠😠😠😠

Untidy Rooms bedsheets were not cleaned and very unprofessional and rude behavior by the staffs. They woke us up at 5:30 in the morning that Hot water is available which was not the case, when asked they told it will take another 30 mins we can't do anything and we did not get hot water till 8 AM
