Fraud behaviour. I booked through OYO and the receptionist said The manager is saying that since you paid online, we get less money. Pay double amount more and then you can stay in the room. Never do any prepaid payment even through OYO, you will lose half your money during cancellation. Not recommend this hotel. always check if you want to pre book. My money got wasted.

I had a worst experience during my stay in oct 2023 at SAR Residency. No proper house keeping, receptionist missing missing most of the time. Highly stinking rooms and rest rooms, not clean enough. Reception and house keeping staff working also in their petrol bunk so no interest in the customers. Asked for water bottle, waited for more than hour and then collected myself, same thing with the basic items like , towel, soap. Telephone was NOT working, TV not working and wash basin has leaking, Toilet flush not working.

Worst behaviour by manager and staff, if booked through OYO they tell rooms are full and ask for extra money...they ask the mobile by telling us we want to check but when we give the mobile to check..they will only cancel the booking and tell..you have to pay extra....when asking for reasons they use bad words and all to abuse the customers...they don't even treat people with minimum respect... don't ever book this hotels
