7 Hills PG for Ladies

adding 2 star for the 2days nice behavior of the owner. the owner is very impatient and anxious about his property to the point he wouldn't let you move the table of your own room as per your liking. he gives very desperate energy. the security guy hemanth was rude & pathetic, he was nice initially and said i can use all the wardrobe of the sharing room until its empty and other person comes. then the next day he comes in the room and checks if im using the other wardrobe and complains to the owner. extremely petty behavior on other aspects too. the cook is nice but you wud always find pebbles in ur food. the rooms r airy n nice location but the infra is poor compared to other pgs. their small wardrobes r the biggest issue. the maid who comes to clean is very kamchor and skips coming. they initially said the cleaning is regular then they said 2 times a week. color changing behavior of owner & the staff guy. attaching pic of their dirty washroom. i left pg bcz of the rude & pathetic behavior of both owner & his naukar hemanth. he also over charged me ₹450 per day even when i stayed in 3 sharing room which is 7k a month. rest, the girls n terrace there were nice.

The PG is situated in a good area, better than the other cross as this one is less populated. The Pg itself is good, with rooms being spacious enough, as well as located in a well lit part of Neeladri. The staff is very polite, and issues regarding maintenance are addressed and resolved quickly.
