Once you join in this PG you Will Get Worst Non healthy Food..Worst Owners Behaviour .They don't Have chefs to do Food in the PG they will prepare food by using very cheap and less quantity food items. Owner don't know how to behave with Girls. They will talk rudely with girls and sometimes they will use bad words with Girls. So finally in one word..This is Best and worst PG in BTM.. If any one want To admit in hospital Please join in this PG Happily.

Hi everyone, I wil share my worst experience with this pg , this pg owner is very worst his sugar words never works , he just tell you nonsense at the first time, okay but no efforts, Don't believe his sugarness talks, to me also he said in week 3 days you will get non -veg but not at all , and here basics only not good like water 💦,in each and every tap water will smell like chamber water and so many girls will not observe this but i left this pg for that chamber water issues , coocks are good, but not owner okay, and in every cupboards there are bunch of cockroaches okay, if you stay there means you will feel it, and for dosa and all we need to in queue Because no wide pans, actually,if wide pan is there means we can do fast , and owner is not taking any responsibilities, owner respecting those who had friend , for other good girls he will not respect and if you tell about any issue means he will take more than a week to solve, if we are doing work from home means here no light at all , okay generator and all not thare , and rooms are very small ,if you guys from Karnataka he will not support you , he will support only Andhra girls and i experienced this,he will not pay advance

Hello everyone, I'm sharing my worst experience in this pg which I face water is smelling like chember and in that water only they used to cook it's so unhinged and The owner is always supporting his State people not karanataka people, there is no proper response from his side for any issues so I recommend don't go for this pg and don't be fool for the owner sugary words.

I had a very disappointing experience with MVR PG, BTM Layout, Bangalore. At the time of booking, the owner spoke very politely and made many promises. I paid ₹3000 in advance 5 days before shifting. But when I visited the PG before moving in, I found that the rooms were extremely small and the locality did not feel safe. When I asked for my ₹3000 refund, the owner initially agreed but kept delaying it for more than a month and kept making excuses. Finally, he said he would return only 50% of the amount, and even that was delayed for another week before I finally received it. Also, many of the good reviews here seem to be from the time of the old owner, not the current management. So please don’t fall for sweet words online. Judge by actions, not promises.

The two stars I am giving only for the cooks over there( they cook very well and I like south indian foods, so I hd no issue.)the aunty who works there. The rest experience is very bad. I am new to Bangalore. I came to the pg and paid the amount and came to know(from other girls of the pg) this pg was far away from my office .I was scared as for 1st few days I would not recieve a cab facility. I asked him to refund the money and I would leave the pg immediately( It had been 15 minutes only). I just paid the amount at that time. He refused to do that and I had to stay there for that month. Though, he promised me to give my money but he was beating around the bush( and I knew that he would never refund the money if I leave the PG now). My things got stolen from my room and he did not take any responsibilities for that(Everytime, I went to talk about this, he would scroll the phone or he would behave busy) CCTV camera was there but he had least interest to check that. Of course, he does favours ,but only for the people from south India. I have come to know that he had helped so many girls over there who faced problems but, in my case it was zero. This is the best pg in BTM and peaceful area . The food facility and maintenance is good the owner is very kind He is not money minded very genuine person, For me it's nice experience only one thing upset in room people speaking in call at late night sleeping disturbance it could be more better if owner suggest them to go out and talk whole night how much time they want. If one person speaking in call at late night whole room gets disturb is it necessary speaking in late nights ?? I don't know different people have different mindset.
