The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but my experience hosting my wedding here was disappointing due to poor management and lack of basic support. We rented the property specifically for a wedding, yet there was no power backup provided, not even for a small 6 kW krequirement. For a resort hosting events, this is a basic responsibility and should have been clearly arranged or communicated in advance. They also withheld my advance payment, claiming the venue was not cleaned. This was unfair, as all vendors had cleaned their areas, and it is reasonable to expect the resort staff to handle standard post-event cleaning as well. Charging ₹35000 for a so-called “deep clean” felt excessive and unjustified. During the event, the on-site team was not supportive at all. I was managing my guests alone, and no one from their staff checked in to see if we needed any assistance. Additionally, the hot water situation was terrible. The heater provides hot water for barely 2–3 minutes, after which it turns cold mid-bath, which is unacceptable for a property charging premium rates. Pathetic and irresponsible service from Goibibo and this resort. I made a confirmed booking, completed the payment, travelled all the way to the property, and after reaching there they casually said rooms were full and they never received the booking. This is completely unacceptable and shows zero professionalism and poor coordination. Customers should not suffer after trusting a platform and paying in advance. It ruined our trip, wasted our time, money, and caused unnecessary stress. Never expected such a horrible experience from a reputed booking platform.

Breakfast menu was disappointing - limited options (just 2 items) and not worth the price. The rooms didn't quite match our expectations. The beds were also not comfortable. The food available there for lunch and dinner is also quite limited. Very few activities available - just the pool and some indoor games. No bonfire either. Some people had written in the reviews about karaoke and stuff- there was nothing like that there. They have a big farm, but didn’t let us take any fruits for ourselves. The staff here is friendly but the rest is needs an upgrade.

We visited for a 2 day staycation. It's located in the foothills of Nandi. Rooms are very basic. Food options are limited but the chef did a good job. They have a huge guava farm. We were told not to pluck the guavas by receptionist. We saw many fruits lying on ground getting wasted. Disappointed that we couldn't get few fruits for ourselves after paying so much for the stay 🙄.

The property follows clearly defined house rules to ensure safety and maintenance, and the staff actively oversees this. Had a wonderful stay at Tropica Nandi Hills with our family group of 10, along with our pet! The property was peaceful, clean, and surrounded by beautiful greenery perfect for a relaxing getaway. What we loved most was how pet-friendly the place was, which made the experience even more comfortable for us. The rooms were cozy, the food was delicious, and the staff were extremely warm and helpful throughout our stay. From kids to adults (and even our furry companion!), everyone had an amazing time.
