The rooms were not as advertised—cramped, poorly ventilated, and not properly cleaned before move-in. Common areas were often messy, and housekeeping was inconsistent at best. The food quality was another major disappointment. Meals were repetitive, bland, and sometimes served cold. Despite multiple complaints from residents, there was no noticeable improvement. For the amount being charged, the facilities and services provided simply don’t justify the cost.
