Even 1 star is not worth. One of my brother was staying here for 2 days and he changed his room for 3 times. Not proper food and no hot water. Owner is very rude . He left the pg within 2 days and owner didnot gave advance and rent a single rupee.. Worst pg near sapthagiri college. Dont go there. Owner was very rude even and his father and pg manager also. Always saying lie only.

"I stayed at Sunrise boys PG for 27 days , and unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. The amenities promised, like the washing machine and geyser, were not functioning properly. The sink was often clogged, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms was below standard. WiFi is not working Food area is not good Food quality very poor Additionally, the food quality was disappointing, and there were limited options available. The area for hanging clothes was also inadequate, which made it difficult to manage laundry. Overall, I was hoping for a better experience based on the initial promises, but it fell short in several areas. I would recommend potential residents to verify these amenities before making a decision." Before joining this pg please check it once And also when your vacate time they simply told many issue our head Before joining or leaving be careful Is one like acting like a fool

Pg Owner Deepak Chaube and his Son Shubman Chaube both are not good person, they take your deposit at the time of exist pg they will not provide your deposit. Food is not good drinking water is not good, for having a bath 🚿 water will not. Housekeeping will not. Room and washroom is not good. At the time of emergency pf owner will pick your call. Washing machine also not there. Behaviour of pg owner father and son is not good it's very bad . They will take 5k deposit at the time of return they will not. Both FATHER AND SONS 420 PERSON. don't stay in SUNRISE PG.

So Very worst and worst PG in my life..They don't maintain proper Hygiene..there is water problem one day water will be there other day there will be no water...and coming to cleaning very worst in a week sweeper will come only 2 days and they clean only outside not for rooms such a bad PG..and coming to food worst hygiene they not maintain proper cleaning in food area and very worstly maintained..and there is no washing machines also to wash clothes..please guys don't even think about sunrise PG.. Father & son scam won't give food....water ..no cleaning... won't allow to use washing machine... They will come and of the light while working....son will ask proof when we ask for deposit transfer...... and if we cl they will switchoff ...and not receive the call......they will travel India with our deposit money ... And they will say out of station.... they both act like our money is their father money .. after every one's honest review why no one is.... taking action . I had booked this pg on a condition that he will refund me the booking amount of I don’t like it. After that I got so many reviews from my friends who were staying there saying that their service is not good and some students even got food poisoning. So I decided to cancel the booking and when I asked him to refund my booking amount he denied. I had booked for 5 other friends with me and now he is not refunding my amount back. It’s the worst pg not at all trustworthy and with poor quality of food and service. Imagine if he’s behaving like this before even joining then you all can imagine his service after you give him security deposit and rent. So I suggest all of you specially students to not book this pg because our money is very valuable and important,please don’t waste on this place.

I am writing this review based on my personal experience. Kindly don't join this PG because of the following reasons . whatever good reviews written u see above are actually written by the maintainer with different accounts.so don't get cheated with above reviews. . Maintainer will ask to pay an advance of 5000 apart from PG rent . Beds are not kept clean and a lot of bedbugs are there. Food is not at all good. Once you pay advance and PG rent they change their behavior and talk very rudely. .if you are non local and you ask to refund your money back they start rowdyism and force to leave PG immediately.

My Son and his friends suffered alot in this PG. All the rooms are filled with Bed bugs. No proper water facilities . No proper communication once we join .

Looking for a great PG? Want to experience good stay/service with affordable price? Then look elsewhere. This is the worst PG that you shouldn't even consider in any case. Just looks okay in photos and all but it's a major bluff. Don't be deceived, it's a waste of time even checking this out. They also commonly cheat customers with false bookings and all after payment. Casual fights always going on. No peace of mind at all. I don't usually write reviews good or bad, but this utter disappointment is just too much!! I'm just venting out but take this as a passive warning and move on!

Very bad. An extremely unprofessional owner. I stayed for one month in the PG and it was the worst experience. An extreme jerk in running PGs and talking to persons . Food was not edible. He is not even returning my security deposit. Strongly recommend NOT to go here. He lacks basic manners. An extremely bad owner.
