My name is Harish. I had pawned my ring and taken a loan from Shriram Finance a month ago. Again I needed a gold loan. As mentioned earlier, I had pawned the ring and taken a loan of Rs. 10,000. For that I went to this Shriram Finance branch: 2nd Floor, 5th Ward, 9th Division, Municipal D.41, Old D.63/2, Municipal Site No.26, 2nd Main Road, AVK College Road, P.G. Badavani, Davangere, Karnataka – 577005 I had pawned my gold ring earlier in this branch. Since I needed money again, I went to get a gold loan today on 08/05/2026. But the staff there said, “Wait for an hour”, then “Come after half an hour”. After that, I came to know that he had gone to someone’s wedding. Some of the staff were standing in front of me talking about their personal matters. They were not paying attention to the customer's work. Their personal conversations were going on in front of us. I have done a lot of business with Shriram Finance, but I have never had such a bad experience. Very bad service and waste of time.
