Worse means worse pg. inefficient staff and management. Very very least bordering with tenets no security at living and no security presence. Most disappointing and worst thing is that security deposit amount not refunding back to the tenants. The staff management is not picking the calls about deposit amount refunding. Showing wrong accounts in the books of accounts. I strictly recommend not to consider this pg. you can ask any one of the tenant about the management none of them will give you polite words. Be careful mind it when once you join here in this stanza

The optional lunch meal has been removed, the choice to take meals as optional has also been removed, and the washing machines have been taken away and replaced with the swashed service. Electricity charges are now taken separately. All these changes have increased the cost for residents. I was paying between 900 and 1000 rupees every month for electricity in a three sharing room, even though I always switched off the lights when leaving for office every day. On top of that, the washing service cost me an extra 300 to 500 rupees every month. The biggest concern has been the bedbugs. Anyone who has stayed here recently can confirm that the rooms are heavily infested. Because of all these issues I am leaving this PG at the time of writing and shifting to another PG that offers better service and comfort.

The management here is extremely poor. Even when mistakes are on their side, they make you bear the cost. They are quick to take money but fail to provide proper service. Midway through the month, they often come up with unnecessary issues, leaving you with no choice but to either pay extra or leave. And forget about your deposit—you’re definitely not going to get it back. If you want a peaceful living experience, it’s better to stay elsewhere.

I joined Stanza Living because of the great things I heard from friends in Pune. But my stay at Bilbao House was nothing short of a nightmare. Food: Barely average. Not worth the hype. Cleaning: Had to constantly remind them to do their job. Basic hygiene was treated like a luxury. The Breaking Point – Painting Disaster: The management decided to paint the entire building, which is understandable. However, I had explicitly requested them to postpone painting my room for a couple of days since I was traveling and didn’t have time to move my belongings. They said Yes. Despite this, they entered my room without my permission and painted it while my things were still inside. My clothes were ruined, my privacy was completely violated, and I came back to an absolute mess. When I complained, they casually brushed it off by saying they’d dry clean everything. Most of my clothes came back with paint still on them, and when I demanded the dry-cleaning receipt, they kept dodging me. Zero accountability. This was honestly the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Stanza Living at Bilbao House showed me that they don’t respect your space, your belongings, or even the bare minimum of trust

It is a very dirty PG, the uploaded photos are also fake and if you call then they quote a lesser amount and if you go there then they quote a very high price. The behaviour of the staff is very bad and they took advance payment from us saying that seats are not available. I did not like going there. When I asked for refund of the amount then they said that refund is not given. Don't go to this PG, it is worst. Even though the building is big. There is no one who takes authority of this property. Worst management. Either you call RC or regional manager, no one will listen to your problems. Place is full of cockroaches. Because of recent management change, no one is happy staying here. Even after giving the keys to the RC and leaving the PG. They mentioned that I'm trespassing and charged me extra money. No one responds to this issue. No grievance portal, nor RC, and even Regional manager just listens and doesn't pay attention to the issue. I have charged 4K extra and even till now, I didn't get my deposit back. Even after leaving PG 2 months back.

Worst pg ever seen, worst support team and there is serious bed bug issue full of pg, they charge extra for electricity and they charge extra for laundry but all things not up to the mark, room cleaning will not happen properly they will comes for cleaning in a month twice. Not recommended

Not Recommended - Poor Experience Over 6 Months I stayed at Stanza for 6 months, and based on my experience, I would not recommend it to anyone. Here are the major issues I faced: Cleaning Services: They promise cleaning 3 times a week, but in reality, it's done only once a week and even that is inconsistent. Sometimes the rooms are not cleaned at all. Bed Bugs: There was a serious bed bug issue which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Food Quality: The food was below average in terms of quality and taste. Electricity Charges: They charge extra for electricity, typically around ₹1000–₹1500 per month, which adds a significant cost. Laundry Services: Only 5kg of laundry is free per month. There's no washing machine for self-use, and they charge extra for anything beyond the limit. Wi-Fi Limitations: The Wi-Fi is limited to only 100GB per month. On top of that, there were frequent speed issues, which affected work and entertainment. Lock-In Period & Deposit: They have a 3-month minimum lock-in period. If you leave before that, you lose your deposit. Even after completing the lock-in period, they return the deposit only after 45 days, which is very inconvenient. Hot Water

Only good thing about this PG is food (compared to other PGs). Cleanliness and maintenance is worst. The power cuts are often and unpredictable, the hot water doesnt come at mornings and the main issue is bedbugs. I changed multiple rooms because of bedbugs, but the issue persists in all rooms. They wont even replace the matresses that are decades old full of bedbugs. Worst maintenance!!!

These people doesn't even deserve one star. Paying 13k per month and getting 105gb internet per month and besides 13k, 1800 extra for electricity charges ...and no amenities with disgusting food and rotten non veg items..there are other pgs out there whose services are way more better than stanza.when i tried yo connect with operation team and customer care..there mail and phone number doesn't exist and they will make u to speak with property manager who will never pick call and answer your damn problem...

Don’t even think of coming here. HUGE PEST PROBLEM. There are bugs everywhere. Washroom, bugs. Cupboard, bugs. Mattress, bugs. The food is good two days a week, remaining five days it’s trash. Electricity cost is high, and the meters are all mapped incorrectly. I have been paying bills for some random person. They fixed it once, then again the issue reappeared. Still I can look over every other negative aspect of this PG, but pest issue is not tolerable. You cannot even get one good sleep in the night due to bugs running around everywhere.
