Worst pg ever, room maintenance worst service no cleaning for 1 week , for bathroom smell they are using penoil and going. And saying that I cleaned today morning no clen. Is this a joke or something, very worst service and maintenance but cost for leaving is hight, Cost should worth the service very very worst service no proper food, maintenance, water maintenance, sometime food shortage If owner is available they are acting like good staff and doing there work, if owner is not there nothing is perfect We paying 10000rs/person is this a small amount Is pg is worst for nothing

This PG is a joke. Today morning, they casually said "no oil, so no breakfast." Seriously? How do you run a PG and not have basic cooking oil? What's next no water, so no bathing? It's absolutely ridiculous that we're paying for food and getting excuses instead. If you can't manage the most basic kitchen supply, maybe shut down the kitchen altogether. Total mismanagement, zero responsibility, and not even an apology. Worst decision ever choosing this place.

The food is absolutely inedible — half-cooked, tasteless, and sometimes not even available. You’ll end up spending extra outside just to survive. The owner is always missing, goes to his hometown without informing, and we are left to suffer. Recently, we were locked out due to a door issue and had no one to help for hours. They don’t even bother to pick up the phone. Everything here is a mess — from food to cleanliness to basic maintenance. You complain, and they ignore it like it's your fault for staying here. ⚠️ Don’t even think of joining this PG unless you enjoy suffering daily. Total waste of money and peace of mind. Should be reported to authorities for negligence.

Strong warning: Avoid this PG at all costs. • Food: Terrible quality. They use Pamolin oil, which is one of the cheapest and unhealthiest oils available. If you don’t believe it, just check what they’re using — it’s not fit for daily consumption. • Washing Machine: Barely works. Most of the time it's out of order, and they do nothing to fix it. • Management: The lady in charge is completely money-minded and rude. During checkout, her behavior was absolutely unprofessional and heartless. All she cares about is money, not your comfort or well-being. ⚠️ Never, ever enter this PG. It’s a total waste of your money and mental peace. Look for a place that treats tenants with basic respect.

They show up only at the end of the month to collect rent and leave—this is just a business for them. There’s no genuine care for the residents. Basic maintenance is ignored, and any concern is brushed off. Please don’t trust the good reviews—they’re mostly fake or posted by known people. Check with real tenants before making a decision.

Need to give brief explanation about this pg. First of all management is very friendly, responsive. They will give us our own home vibe. Usually no issue arise, if In case the management notice anything they will sort it soon. Now let's speak about food. Well maintained quality when compared to my past PG's Proper planned menu Three times they provide food. Morning breakfast like idly dosa chapthi poori etc.. Noon rice curry side dish. Night roti rice curry fry. The building is brand new. Rooms are spacious. Very decorative. Washrooms are very neat and daily cleaning. Special mention is the rooms are very spacious. Good ventilation. Environment is very quite and heart of the line. Shopping centre is walkable. I enjoyed my stay here.
