Worst experience ever Very expensive as compared to service they are providing 1. Deposit Scam : they will not inform you that you can book pg for 3 month they will force you to book of 6 month and while leaving they will not pay it back 2. No network for calls and internet (you have to Make recharge for wifi) 3. No hot water (always problem with heating system and no one look upon it) 4.you have to make recharge for electricity around 1000 rupees a month 5. No housekeeping they will claim 3 days a week but they will do twice in a month (because they don't have cleaning stuffs) 6. No refund (even after moving out before lockin period app will show to pay remaining months amount) 7. Need to pay 50 rupees per kg for laundry 8. If you refer you frind they will give you 2500 refrel but the RC will use his number and he will get this deposit 9. No sunlight in room no ventilation there are fungus on walls 10. Food is quite good but don't know where it is cook it's hygiene or not taste is average 2 * for food

Stanza living dublin house is the worst PG stay for me in Bangalore. Firstly there will be no proper wifi services which frequently disconnects 2-3 times in day and wifi will be limit of **105GB** per month. Recently They increased electricity charges to 900-1000 rs which you have to pay seperately and water bill also increased to 250 rs. And cleaning staff is very rude and arrogant. There will be cleaning weekly thrice in a week. In that also they will skip some days. And they always on the ground floor and watch TV they won't even care for residents in the PG. Food is decent to me only good thing in this PG. And washing machine services also very bad. Three washing machines are there in that two are broken and we have to pour water into washing machine manually otherwise it take 5 hrs to wash the clothes. Once you are contracted in this PG. You have to stay all the months upto contract. Where in my case salesperson subratho said you have to stay only minimum stay of 3 months. Which is not at all true. Don't believe salses persons. They have to achieve Target and says all the lies and join you. Upto your contract not ended they won't give security deposit.

Extremely disappointed with the refund process. It’s been over two months and I’ve been constantly following up, but there has been no resolution. They open support tickets and then never respond or take any action. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. If you can’t provide proper support or timely refunds, customers lose trust quickly. Hope they take these issues seriously.

Poor Experience and Problematic Refund I recently booked a PG accommodation and paid a deposit. Unfortunately, the PG did not meet expectations in terms of network problem and overall quality. Due to these issues, I decided to cancel my reservation. However, I was disappointed to receive a significantly reduced refund rather than the full deposit.The management’s response to my cancellation and refund request was not satisfactory, and there was a lack of transparency about the deductions. I would not even given 1-star rating, they wont allow you entering pg before months deposit. and when it is time for your refund they don't even listen to your queries, i am not asking anything illegal only my refund, what is the issue. So let me start from beginning the time i moved to Bangalore due to office return mandate. I was searching for pg i found stanza Dublin found single occupancy at 17k, so i deposited 36416rs 6k was booking amount or something. i selected 3 month tenure so after two months i will have to book again same, things, again i need to pay more for tenure booking 6k or something. which is i dont know for what exactly when i have paid already 1st time. Food was no good, i had to take food from outside always or sometimes cook myself, so food was not good as it should be. I don't understand why they have only two working washing machine for whole pg. so i had to pay extra for laundry from outside. The WIFI shit is really weird, i can not connect more than 3 device. to connect more i need to pay 30 rs, even after that the mac address shit happens, i don't understand when i have paid why i am not able to connect my 4th device. Worst of a kind. Food menu doesnt have good variety. The one which is served has not taste. Meals are removed before the end time. Vegetarian people are left with non-veg items. On purpose, Veg items are sent in less quantity and non veg is served more in quantity. Its a mental torture to stay in Stanza living Dublin house. Dont ever fall for the words of Sales person. I feel I have made worst decision in my life by making a contract with Stanza living.

This is one of the worst places to stay. These people are charging 1200 Rs. as utility. Simply they are making 3 or 6 months contract and once you are in there is no option to go out. They are taking a security deposit of one month rent nearly 10k, then onboarding charge 1000 and exit fee 500. These charges they will not show when you give advance, once booking done they will start adding these fees. Electricity bill and water bill nearly 1200 they will charge. When you make exit again they will charge exit fee and bills nearly 2000. This was one of bad experience I had here.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Stanza for providing me with a truly unparalleled living experience. From the ice cold water that flows from the heater to the gourmet meals that have driven me to seek sustenance elsewhere, Stanza has truly pushed the boundaries of hospitality. And let's not forget the elevator issues that occur so frequently, they're sure to keep you fit and healthy with all the extra stair-climbing you'll be doing! As well as the WiFi that works so well on weekends that I've been forced to take refuge on the terrace to access my mobile network. And let's not forget our RC captain, who is truly a force to be reckoned with. Despite being oh-so-helpful in suggesting ticket-raising as a solution, their ability to provide actual resolutions remains elusive. Don't be surprised if you come across other reviews singing his praises - our RC captain is quite the marketing genius, known for soliciting glowing reviews from tenants but don't let that fool you - it's all just smoke and mirrors. In September and October 2023, I received an exorbitant electricity bill of Rs 520 per person, far exceeding the usual Rs 250. Even users with two gaming PCs and a table fan receive a mere Rs 170 bill. Refund for the previous faulty bill (Ref - AL-444799, AL-425801) is pending. Stanza's support team closes tickets without resolution or acknowledgment. The RC captain is unresponsive to our concerns, and the quality of food and internet is subpar. The residence captain suggests raising tickets for minor issues, questioning the purpose of the RC owner. Inconsistent rent for a 3-sharing property feels discriminatory. Dissatisfaction with Stanza services is profound, except for satisfactory housecleaning.

Worst wifi service. Please don't get fooled by their promises. They will say they provide 40mbps but it is never more than 1-2 mbps speed. Internet service provider is a local vendor who keeps disconnecting internet services

From august 2023 am intimating them not to waste water , its like from morning 5to 6am water tanks overflows here and no-one is there to take care , today(16 march 2024 ) also its same condition ,last 7 months they would have wasted 1000ltr of water just like, please someone help on this matter as now banglore is really suffering from water crisis 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏, you can see in the snap when i have intimated them , natural resource , its our duty of water conservation
