This is really worst PG I have ever seen, owner's behavior is worst, and food is really not good and we ordered food from outside almost all the days and once after you pay all the rent and advance he will not care about your things and if something is not working in pg he will not mind and he will directly tell if you want you can leave the pg and no advance return nothing, very money minded person and this is my honest review, and he will request clg students to give positive reviews, all of those positive reviews are not honest ones, those are just traps, me and my 3 of friends within 2 months we vacated this pg, please don't waste your money and time by staying in this pg, it will cost on your health

Came there for enquiry to join few days ago.Rooms are ok.but Very careless persons are in management.very reckless they don't speak properly and show rooms.then I decided not to join eventhough rooms are ok.

The rooms are somewhat good but the worst part is the food. They prepare food in less quantity mostly I had my dinner outside only and there is only one washing machine of no use. Compared to other PGs room rent is less thats all.

Don't believe all 5star reviews because he took all persons phones and he himself gave 5star rating. Don't join in this pg most worst pg in HSR layout no food, no proper maintenance, no water, restrictions on washing machine usage, no proper response, he call everyone in hostel with out respect.

OPINION as per my Experience:- I'm terms of hygiene it's good or manageable you can say although cheap and affordable.only Rs.1000 of advance which is non-refundable. If i talk about interior so room is not so big but the WiFi & hot water is available 24/7 . You can use Washing machine two days in a week coz rest five days it's in a repair mode. So that's it from my side hoping it would help others.

Cheapest gent's PG which I've found in Bangalore location at HSR Layout because it only charge 1000 rupees of advance which is not refundable while others charge like 5000-6000. average size room will be there with 24 into 7 Wi-Fi facility and hot water facility and every day a maid will come to clean the room and every two days made will come to clean the washroom and there is no TV and you might face challenge with food because it's not a well prepared and also you will be getting chance to wash your clothes only 2 days a week because rest 5 days it will be on the repairing mode So yaah pg need to change the washing machine.
