“Rooms are good. Room service is good. But when you come to this hotel, donot provide your credit card for payment Authorization during check-in. They deducted 20k from my credit card after my check out 4weeks ago with this Authorization and their refund process is still going on. Haven't got my refund yet for the unauthorised transaction . Not sure whether I will get my money back.”

“Definitely not 5 stars – Shocking service and run-down rooms I simply cannot understand how this hotel maintains its star rating. The stay was disappointing on almost every level. The staff's behavior was appalling. Employees are constantly on their smartphones and barely care about the guests. The absolute low point was when a bleeding child was ignored because a phone call seemed to be more important to the staff member. That is not just bad service; it is negligent. The condition of the hotel also leaves a lot to be desired: The rooms are completely run-down. The balcony was full of pigeon droppings. Neither the Wi-Fi nor the light switches worked properly. Housekeeping is poor – room service sometimes didn't arrive until after 8 PM, and the room was never cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was equally stressful. There isn't enough seating, so you have to wait a long time for a table, and the buffet is refilled very slowly and irregularly. The only bright spot was the Restaurant Edo on the ground floor, which was actually good. However, the hotel itself definitely does not deserve its rating. I cannot recommend it.”

“We went out for a team dinner this evening and it was a nightmare. Apparently another group claiming to be from our company came and claimed our seats. The excuse sounds so ridiculous because we had booked for 40 people. Then when we arrived, they made us wait for 2 hours and finally ran out of food and cutlery as well. Most people had lost interest by then and had to get back home. Unfortunately none of the staff were apologetic enough and tried to placate us by offering some cheap Sula sparkling wine. The food was atrocious and obviously cooked in a hurry to compensate for their mistake. There were so many managers milling about wearing coats and tie shouting orders to other wait staff. Goes to show that ITC should stick to manufacturing cigarettes and other FMCG items and not run a hotel. I think they have survived all these years by sheer dumb luck and it was the most pathetic buffet menu I've ever seen. The Bangalore Airport lounge has a better spread than what was on offer and half the items were never replenished after having waited for 2 hours and holding a reservation made a week ago.”

“I always prefer JW Marriott Over ITC hotels. Today we went Ritz Carlton , then went to ITC Gardenia. Worst experience , its not for family experience. 30-45 you need to wait for waitress to come for providing water . I rate JW Marriott far better than ITC Gardenia..”

abhishek dutta★★★★★We had booked a staycation for New Year at ITC Gardenia. Everything was going well until this morning. The breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes just to be seated, and even after that, the service was terrible. Orders placed at the table never arrived. The hall was clearly overcrowded, and the staff seemed completely unable to manage the number of guests. We were seated in the Mysore Hall and had ordered eggs, paratha, and fruits, none of which were served. It felt like a black hole—once the order was placed, no one followed up or cared. Frustrated, my wife had to go to the live counter herself, stand in line, and wait for the paratha to be prepared and served. I have never experienced such poor service at any ITC property before. Unfortunately, ITC Gardenia stands out as the worst in terms of service among all the ITC hotels I have stayed at.

Took almost 1 hour to get me my food was served uncooked bread and restaurant manager said this is the standard they maintain. I can’t do anything about it only can help get you speak to chef. I am still stuck here for next 3 days let’s see how it goes! Room number 2023

Despite it being a 5-star hotel, the way we were treated was below par. When we went for breakfast, we were asked to sit in a separate area away from the main dining space. We were told that the food served there was the same as in the main area, but the segregation made us feel unwelcome and undervalued as guests. Overall, the service did not meet the high standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. It was an unpleasant experience, and I hope they improve their customer treatment and service quality to match their 5-star reputation.

We had chosen your property to celebrate our 17th anniversary but the experience was far from what we expected. Firstly, despite having a booking, our names were not even registered. When your staff asked about the occasion, we mentioned it was our anniversary, and we were told that a complimentary cake would be arranged. We even reminded the manager at Lotus Pavilion, and he confirmed it again yet nothing was provided. This lack of coordination and the overall disregard for our special occasion completely spoiled our experience. Very disappointing.

I have a milk allergy, and the only thing i could eat all week was idly and sambar - i love it, but boy does that get old. EVERY curry had milk. How do you spend a week in India and cant find a curry to eat? The samosas had milk. The Gobi Manchurian even had milk. When we checked in for a 9 day stay they made such a point they would customize anything to meet our needs - but that certainly did not extend to food - every time we asked we heard “sorry we cant do that”. The rooms were ok.

There was no rice nor roti left!Just half eaten cakes and half cooked rice that too without a serving spoon!!With what face did they charge us 13275? For 3 people ! Even a Udupi hotel would have been better than this so called 5 star with rude staff and plenty of mosquitoes!DONT LOOT PEOPLE!!!With a lot of good and quality restaurants coming up in Bangalore,I don’t think it’s worth to go to this highly priced and definitely not so great food!

She called me and made major complaints that, the room is dated, some civil work was done before they arrived, and entire room floor was dusty.. No TouchPad in room, QR code doesn't work to order food. In fact, to our surprise, for In room dining, they asked to pay upfront, rather than payment during check out.. In fact, they ordered Butter Chicken and Two Tandoori Roti, they were sent Dal & Rice too without ordering. wife clearly told me never book this ITC hotel again, as this is absolutely rubbish ITC experience, Kids are disappointed with room too and said Papa it looks like some old Room. Not sure, if entire property is like this, or my family was given bad room like this.. whatever it's very disappointing experience.

Food flavour wise was alright but something was off as today it make all of our stomach upset regardless of vegetarian or non-vegetarian. We were group of 25 people. After paying 1 Lakh 40 thousand we didn't had overall good experience.
