Very disappointing experience overall. We visited as a group of 12 and unfortunately did not have a good time. The food quality was below expectations, and many of the items we wanted to order were unavailable. The service was also extremely slow due to limited staff. To make matters worse, 6 members of our group ended up with severe stomach upset afterward. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

The state of the rooms in Nayath Residency is very bad , The rooms stink badly the house keeping staff is not bothered only even the staff is least bothered The bed, bedsheets ,pillow covers looks like they have never been changed After requesting also the didnt bother to change Would never recommend Staying here The location is so good only if the hotel management does look in to the rooms condition, cleanliness and systematic cleaning Very bad experience

I recently visited your restaurant and was disappointed with the service provided by the floor manager, Mr. RATNAKAR Shetty. Unfortunately, his behavior was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. During our meal, Mr. Shetty continuously stared at our table, making us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Furthermore, he made inappropriate comments, which added to our distress. As a reputable establishment, I expect a higher standard of service, particularly when it comes to ensuring customers' safety and comfort. It's essential to recognize that hiring staff based solely on seniority is not enough; it's equally important to prioritize their manners, etiquette, and overall behavior. I hope the hotel management takes necessary steps to address this issue, educate their staff, and ensure that customers have a pleasant and safe dining experience. Reshma shetty

Big thumbs down 👎 to Hotel Nayath Residency. No hot water facility as they don’t have a heat pump, only depend on solar – during rainy season their excuse is “no hot water.” Bathroom shower not working either. We booked only because of a nearby function, otherwise would never stay here.

Not a reliable hotel. This time they made me switch hotel at the last min while I was literally behind some function prep work. No accountability and they think customers are fools. Instead Gaurika residency - another hotel nearby did a great job in accomodating my request and they were transparent.

Only good thing about this place is location, otherwise they dont even know the S of Service. Still haven't checked out, 3rd day but no towel or soap provided. Also AC is just for name sake as fan gives you better air. Booked in Aug still they weren't able to give double bed, instead gave 2 single beds. Won't recommend this place.

Had a very bad experience in this restaurant. A waiter named Rathnakar Shetty miss behaved with us. We were two ladies who went to the restaurant at night we felt insecure. I don't suggest this restaurant for ladies and family. I have never had such a worst experience in any of the restaurants.

The quality of the stay has gone down drastically! The wash rooms were stinking! The first day during dinner we could see a rat running in the main dining area! When asked the manager came up with one of the lamest excuses saying it's the Vehicle of Lord Ganesha! The breakfast served was also terrible with the staff having zero interest in service or quality! Will not recommend staying here!

Dirty bedsheets, blood stains on the sheets and pillow covers had holes.. Fans have dust hanging from blades. Room service is pathetic, phones don't work and manager does not care at all.
