I am currently living at 'Zolo Elegance - PG in Arekere' in a double sharing occupancy, and I want to share my serious concerns about the property to help others make an informed decision. Firstly, my roommate has been bringing a girl over to stay with him, including overnight stays. Initially, she stayed for almost 10-12 days, and now she has returned. I don't know for how long she will be staying this time. Given that I do not know them well, I am deeply concerned about the safety and security implications. If anything were to go wrong, who would be held responsible? I escalated this issue to Avijit Jana, who was the caretaker at the time, but he took no action. Later, I raised the same concern with the new caretaker, Anurag Gogoi, after Avijit shared his contact details. Unfortunately, Anurag has also failed to address the issue. Secondly, since moving into this property, I have not been provided with a key to the cupboard. As a result, all my belongings are exposed and unsecured. If any of my items go missing or are stolen, who will be accountable? Despite raising multiple complaints about this matter, no action has been taken to resolve it. Given these significant issues re

Service of Zolo Elegance is very in respect to internet speed and parking. There is no use of raising a ticket for internet speed since they will say that your data of 150GB is consumed and ask for more money to top up it by the fact that the consumption is less than 20GB. Spectra service is pathetic and does not support at all. No one will visit and address any of your queries related to service. Care takers are helpless in this regards and ask for raising the ticket to get it sorted. Clothes gets missing upon washing it and drying it in common area. People will not remove the clothes from the washing machine for weeks. There is also trouble parking your vehicle in the parking area. There is no space to park and even the space from stair and lift is blocked with 4-wheelers. 2 wheelers , there is a struggle to take out the vehicle and waste much of the time for leaving from the property. Zolo management is not serious for addressing these issues and people come and go after complaining multiple times.

Not for the working professionals (Especially if you work from home), They Have made this property a LODGE I had been using Zolo from past 4 years but over the period of years, They started hiring managers who don't know basic work etiquettes. Glad I finally moved to my new Flat after suffering in this abandoned property. I would NOT suggest Zolo to anyone. You don't need to go by my words, Before thinking of getting in here, Do check with the neighbours! - Lack of Security - New issues everyday (Lack of basic necessities), Poor Internet connectivity, Water and Electricity goes on and off throughout the day. - Useless Managers (Zero manager on-site) - No Caretakers in the property - Housekeeping will be not done regularly - College Kids gonna Part whole night and you cannot focus on your work - Your concerns will remain unanswered for long...

In one word - Pathetic!! i raised an issue about not enough sockets for charging purposes, which is a basic amenity to provide. There was one socket between three people. They took two months to resolve the issue that too when i initiated a notice! kudos to zolo management to spoil such a great brand!

Very poor services , Wi-Fi often don’t work (Spectra service provider states that your data is expired for every problem) and there is always water and electricity problem. Power backup is available with limitation of diesel. Infrastructure is good but maintenance is poor. Zolo food is very bad one have to arrange it from outside.
