Well we had booked hotel for 2 days but during first day night stay we experienced bed bugs and complained them. They had shown another room and still bed bugs were there. Out of 21 rooms 2 rooms we find them. Called reception guy no response and next day morning called and requesting for providing alternate room. The whole experience is pathetic and no response from them and asking to contact whomsoever for complaining! Still overall very unhygienic and worst response and not worth for money!!!

This is a government hotel which was opened on 1960, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The maintenance and service were disappointing. There were insufficient water bottles, soaps, and no shampoos provided. Additionally, there was no hot water available for an entire day, and none of the TV channels were working. Despite the good location of the property, the lack of basic amenities and poor service made for a very disappointing stay.

Had terrible experience. Initially they provided a room which was not cleaned. The bed sheets and pillows was having many hairs. As per them it was cleaned. Then they shifted us to another room. It was also similar to the previous one. Room was full of dust and the bathroom was not clean. If you are having dust allergey , staying in this hotel can spoil your entire trip.There were lot of mosquitoes. There were water logging at their entrance and it was evident that the mosquitoes are growing there it self. There is lack of proper management and the higher authorities should intervene at the earliest. I wonder how they got 3 star certificate. It is very close to the Thungabadra Dam entry. Apart from that there is nothing positive here.

Very poor services. We paid for almost 3000 for one night for 4 members but there isn't any kind of proper services maintained by the management. No proper water, no ac no room services and even also only a very limited channels a bare minimum numberan nothing. Just for the aesthetic the room looks good in pictures but even it isn't that great in live experience. I don't recommend it for family people who are visiting

Kitchen staff is working for 16-18 hours per day in inhuman conditions. Management is least bothered about maintaining the property, as they have alternate business to focus on. Watchman gives room allocation, no manager present on duty in day or night. KSTDC should change the management at any cost, the employees are facing terrible employment atrocities. Least to say, tourists are facing inconvenience and massive delays.

I am sharing my stay in this hotel. We booked a north Karnataka tour on 18th Nov Tru Kstdc even knowing it's cyclone and without collecting information. In destination places whether kstdc people took us to this hotel. Due to heavy Rain and cold we become sick by reaching this hotel. And health become very bad so we step back from moving further for tour and though to rest until health recover. Kstdc not bother about us and they left without even any kind of help to reach back to our hometown. This hotel people as soon as bus left hotel staff force to vacate me and my wife both are sick and we had 11 months old kid. Finally for there force we booked ticket to return same day but bus time at 10 pm. We requested a lot to to extend time atleast till 6 pm. They are like animals with feelings they did not agree . Even in full rain came out and sat somewhere out till night and started journey to our place. Never ever try this kind of unhuman behaviour staff and hotel management

Worst hotel. I don't how can someone sell these kind of rooms to people who pay.. Pathetic. Wardrobe is all broken from inside , no shower head , plywood has come off from the bed. Asked for tea from room service , staff told us to come down to restaurant and have . Karnataka govt please do something. PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY.
