​If you are a student or a working professional looking for your first PG, STAY AWAY. This place is a trap. They act friendly at the start to get your money, but their true colors are disgusting. ​THE DEPOSIT FRAUD: I paid a ₹3,000 deposit. When I vacated, they stole ₹2,000 for "maintenance" and only gave me back ₹1,000. ​ZERO MAINTENANCE: What am I paying for? The Wi-Fi is useless, the food is terrible, and out of all the washing machines, only one works for the entire building. They take your money and provide nothing. ​AGGRESSIVE OWNER: The owner is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They literally start fights with tenants who are vacating just to justify stealing their deposit money. ​DO NOT BOOK HERE. They are predatory, dishonest, and the living conditions are a nightmare. Save your ₹3,000 and find a place with an honest owner.

I stayed here for 4 months, and honestly, it’s one of the best PG. Very clean, peaceful, and well-maintained by Ravi. Only thing I felt a bit off was the food—it’s not bad, just a bit low on spice. Since both North and South Indians stay here, the taste is kept neutral. As a South Indian, I missed that spicy touch. Overall, great experience. Thanks, Ravi Bro – affordable and worth it!
