“I had booked the table at feast restaurant for two pax in advance and mentioned to serve us a special cake because we were there to celebrate our Anniversary but staff were least bothered to wish us properly and when we requested them to give us a table at upper floor in the same restaurant they denied us. After an hour we saw few people sitting there and having food. few of the Kitchen staff were behaving weird in the dining area. Except waiter Mandar I didn’t feel to ask anybody anything on the dining area. We really liked the Italian and desert in the restaurant and would suggest others to try that. Totally the Feast restaurant was not like how we expected it to be as a five star property.”

“After posting my review , I came back to edit , after reading what others had to say , I noticed one thing common ,most of those who gave a single star , and were throughly disappointed are those who have purchased coupons/ memberships of Sheraton. I also noticed the staff and the management is least bothered about a few bad reviews, we are on Instagram with 33k followers , will bring this to the notice of as many people as possible , never buy their membership/ coupons Never , ever buy a Sheraton membership , when you redeem your coupons ,something that you paid for many months back . When we checked in , the receptionist behaved as if she was doing a favour ,she said " do what you want " , Even the dinner coupons are actually frowned upon . When the call center pester you to buy their membership , they will promise you the moon . My daughter bought this membership a long time back . Wanted to use it for my 60 th birthday , even though we stay in Bangalore ,we as a family checked in two rooms , not a very pleasant checkin , and now dinner , they change the goal post , what's promised in the coupons and what they offer when we redeem .”

“Came for a conference. Didn't stay at the property, and honestly, wouldn't like to. Yes, the organisers of the event Didn't plan the event nicely. But the hotel team Didn't as well. In the menu, one of the dishes were veg Manchurian, when they had to refill, probably they were out of Manchurian and in the gravy they had put dahi ke kebab. I mean like seriously? Who does that? I mean a dhabha also wouldn't do this. What if someone is lactose intolerant and has that? Anyway, that's not even the point.. the point is at a 5 star hotel.. food shortage happened (which is okay) but you can't serve anything and think that the guests are fool, they won't realise. And I am like 1000% sure they were dahi ke kebab as I am a chef turned into a food safety auditor. The plates and spoons- super dirty. Food marks present, water marks still there. Not washed properly, and not even tried to wipe. Cutlery had smell. I also couldn't find any bins in the public areas.. i mean that's weird, probably some policy or something. The smoking zone in the restaurant-- idk how often it is cleaned and the buds are trashed out. I mean i like went 4-5 times.. and it was same. Only good thing - the public a”

Yashaswi Sharma★★★★★Service has been deteriorating consistently. 1) Hair in the towel 2) If you give something to the concierge, it can be lost never to be found again 3) If you forget something in the room, they will not return it 4) There's a shortage of bowls at dinner time!? No cereal bowls at breakfast? And to make all of this worse, they do not care about feedback. If you raise a complaint, you never get a resolution. They simply ignore and move on. I have escalated my issues with 5 different sets of people, at least 20 people from the staff have heard my concerns, and yet there's no closure on my complaints. I am not aware of any other 5 star hotel where someone gives something to the concierge (to send to a friend's room) and it is never seen again.

My room key also did not allow access to the Club Lounge until I complained at the front desk. At check-in, staff pushed a paid upgrade and spoke very quickly as if assuming I would not understand English. My colleague ended up accepting an unintended upgrade because of this. As a Marriott Gold Elite member, this experience was disappointing. I hope the hotel improves communication and honors the room types that guests actually book.

Kishore SM★★★★★we went for celebrating my son's birthday at we arrived at 8.45pm when booking was at 8.30pm and receptionist Jaga Lakshmi dint provide table untill 10pm indicating restaurant was full even tough around 20 table were empty and by the time we got table the entire buffet was closed and not refilled and food was cold and restaurant started turning off lights from 10.30pm ....worst management

Ajay Mathews★★★★★I had an extremely disappointing experience at Sheraton Grand Rajajinagar, Bangalore on November 13, 2025. Despite arriving at 3 PM as a regular Marriott Bonvoy member and frequent guest, I was kept waiting until 7 PM due to system issues, with very little communication or concern from the staff. The handling of my situation was unprofessional and showed a lack of courtesy, which is not what I expect from a Marriott property. I have stayed at other Marriott hotels, including a two-week visit at JW Marriott UB City, and never faced such poor treatment. This experience has seriously affected my trust in Marriott and made me reconsider my future bookings with the brand. I sincerely hope Marriott management addresses this and ensures better hospitality standards for guests in the future.

I made it very clear to the manager that I will be informing my friends, family, and relatives about this pathetic excuse for service, and that this is absolutely not the way to treat anyone. Her response? A dismissive, condescending “OK,” dripping with attitude — as if customers don’t matter at all. This is not just bad service; this is a textbook example of how to drive people away permanently. The bias was glaring, the behavior appalling, and any shred of professionalism was nonexistent. Beyond disappointed — and I will make sure as many people as possible know exactly how shockingly low their standards are!!!

AVNEET KAUR★★★★★We had dinner here on 31st night. The place was not crowded, however, the service was really poor and slow. The number of staff members were inadequate. The food served at the so called special gala dinner at 'the feast ' was cold and not even at room temperature. Due to inadequate number of staff members the manager were dealing with guests but there was no one to assist you or listen to the food issues. Only desserts were the savior. This was our third time in 'The Feast', but the service and the food quality was no where near the previous experiences.

Booked a club room and was given a standard or delux room and they claimed it is club room.. as i had stayed in past i knew this was wrong ..after 2hr.30min i was finaly moved to the club floor on the 12 floor . Form there the experience continued to be horrible inspite of asking a couple of time to be connected to the manager no one bothered and was told they were busy . We had a package booked which included breakfast and dinner till i checked out we never knew where this was indeed organized every time i had ask the folks on the phone and the only responce was will call you back. The club room had cocktail in the evening but we were told there is no club room facilities on the floor and once it organised else where they will inform us this never happened too . The bathroom was flooded and we had made several req but was never taken into account. In the end the worst possible stay and experience of a life time .

I must agree though , the pink customer traffic they enjoy owing to the location( inside the WTC campus). Today we had our company meeting at their Jupiter hall. First, they could not suppprt us with a quick need for accessories, later there was a stench of gasoline exhaust, that seemed to be from their generators. We raised the concern and was promptly ignored with smiles and gestures. Went to their restaurant for the lunch. Trust me, there was close to no service in the restaurant. There were three to four boys running around but not able to meet the demand. I waited for 20min and 2 reminders to get rotisw on my table but it just did not happen. When we returned to the banquet hall, we could not tolerate the smell of the gasoline exhaust. Raised the subject again and the response was “will check” , “will speak”” ...... the situation was bad enough that their own staff could not stand there for long but expected the 15 of us to sustain the exhaust gases. Soon, 2 of our colleagues developed headache and nausea. I too had signs of headache. Served an ultimatum to the Sheraton team that we will pack up i
