“This place was good, I was living here for almost 2 years as it is spacious, clean and well made. But now they have increased the price like anything, you need to pay 12k for 2 sharing(Rent +GST+Electricity) and in return no one listens to you. Lately the higher management has gone from bad to worse, we have drainage issues for a month where the entrance of PG stinks and gets overflowed during rain. We have a theft issue where our fruits, vegetables, shoes and other items are getting stolen regularly and they are just saying they will install Biometric doors for 2 months. Lastly you keep raising tickets and they will not reply to you, our property and cluster manager both got frustrated and left zolo in the same month. Now we have no one to check status of tickets as nobody replies.”

“Worst stay, property rent increases continuously, facilities are degrading day by day(drinking water, cleanliness, lift maintenance, wifi etc etc) earlier it was good and customer friendly but now it is totally opposite.. i will never ever recommend zolo to anyone.. writing this for a better cause so that no one else get into this zolo trap... Not at all value for money.”
