“It is a worst PG. I'm living here from last 5months. At the time when you're taking they will say that you'll book your food according to yourself and now they are providing worst food. You can see in image I've uploaded. They are taking 9800 by me. According to them they can change and increase the price anytime but they will not decrease.”

“It’s the worst PG I Have ever been, they took extra 20k security deposit based on the false promises, so i am stuck here as there prisoner as long as the contract goes on, if i leave they are not gonna return my security money back, the food is so bad u can’t even eat single time a day. Almost 3 days in a week there will be no electricity in the pg, they don’t even have backup power.”

“I recently stayed in this PG for a year and it was a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any issue I had. The facilities were well-maintained and the living space was clean and comfortable. The food was awesome. I also appreciated the community atmosphere. Overall, my stay in the PG was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience.”

“Stanza near Reva are normally very congested .Food is very bad,it is normally served cold .So don't stay in Stanza .Before it was good but now they will not listen to ur problem .They will talk sweet but no action”

joseph mathew★★★★★Tucked away at the end of the lane at the 3rd cross opposite Reva University, Genoa is among the very few coliving buildings under Stanza that offers single occupancy. The rooms are serviced regularly and offer a higher level of privacy and cleanliness. The dining services offered can be availed on the roof top of the Stanza building next door. The manager is responsive and takes an effort to sort out issues.
