Omg where should I start this hotel is the worst for many things/reasons 1. Location: located in some galli and it says it is on highway going via car was very difficult 2. Staff:we had booked 1 room with an extra bed but no extra bed was provided. When asked for refund of it they denied. 3 Rooms: in our room the ac was not working and so we told and called them about 5 times they said I will fix it. 1hr went by no one came now at 10 30 pm and asked us to change rooms for ac. In the rooms there was no water we asked them at night and morning came we did not get it .in one room the TV was not working we called them still no response. Overall the worst Hotel giving no recommendations

Very bad maintainnence, staffs are not cooperative. They tell lies saying new guests are coming to vacate your room. They charge extra for early checkin even if the rooms are empty. They charge extra even for 1 hour delay in vacating. No proper hot waster fecility. Carpets and steps are kept very dirty. Earlier management was far better. Highly i dont recomend this stay.

Struggled to get the reception person for 30-40 mins to get the service(had to go down to get the person on the reception as nobody picked up the calls for all the numbers they provide for the various services), no hot water available in the rooms and struggled for one hour to get the hot water, drainage system in the wash basin was horrible, there was no handle on the bathroom door, most of the items were not available in the restaurant, even though they say “ All day dining”, food quality was below average, found discrepancies in the restaurant billing. This suffice the purpose whether to stay or not. If you want to get all these experiences you are most welcome.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in Belgaum. Rooms are very conjusted. No space in rooms. No hot water for bath. Room services are too slow. No one bothers to come for room services when asked. Food is bad. And the worst part there is no even a parking. Only three cars can be parked in their basement. And if its full, the customers have to park the car on roadside. And on top of that they charge too much for such disgusting rooms & service. Would never recommend it to anyone. Do not waste your money guys.

⭐ 1/5 — Highly Disappointing Experience TV was not working, and the hotel has strange policies — even a small stain on a towel is treated as “damage to property,” with charges almost half the room price. The complimentary breakfast is misleading, offering only wada and idli. The manager was extremely unprofessional and dishonest throughout. Unless you want to waste your money, avoid this place. Highly not recommended.

This hotel has the worst service. We had booked 5 rooms. The AC was not working in 2 rooms. They gave alternate room for one room but when we asked for another room they denied and told us do whatever you want, complain to agoda if you want but we are not providing another room. There was no fan in the room, upon multiple request they provided a table fan. We were supposed to travel next day and because of this our sleep was affected and travel was also delayed. I had never seen such a rude behavior from hotel service. I would never recommend this hotel. Even the rooms shown in the photos are fake. They are no where near what it looks like in the photo. Never book this hotel looking at the photos.

This hotel is an absolute joke and a blatant money grab. First off, the prices are ridiculously high for what they offer. You’d expect at least decent service for that cost, but they made me wait 3 hours to check in despite my room being available the whole time. The staff just stood there hiding behind their “rules,” instead of providing any common courtesy. After that miserable wait, I finally got to my room only to find room was not at all big. Not worth the money To top it all off, it felt like they were looking for every opportunity to extort more money out of me. They had random charges here and there with policy as explanation. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated like an inconvenience.

No service at all!. The rooms had only AC and no fan. No parking place available, we had to park our car outside the hotel. The breakfast was not good, and the menu contains no good variety of foods and the soup was horrible they don't even have variety in soups there's only 1 and There was no shampoo in the container. And they were no eatables.. And they even asked us did we ate any chocolates (but there was no chocolate) even if we paid for everything. It was seriously not worth staying there.

I thought i am entering in one of the 4star hotel in Belgaum. But found it was just VFX image which they have uploaded to lure customers. Most worst thing about the hotel is they dont know how to tackle clients with old parents. The lift boy is lost, the bag boy is lost ... once they open room they dont know what to do... Then i met the lady on counter...she want me to pay the amount cleared then and there without helping to settle my parent...lastly we stayed for overnight and next day need to leave for karnataka...post chekcout she was calling for charges of tea and 2 bottles of water which we didn't order ..she was calling once she resumed back the next day shift and asking for money which we didnt take the service....

Very bad experience. Not worth paying. I m here for official trip for just one night. I had booked executive room through Yatra Business. During check-in was asked to move to other room saying AC is not working properly for booked room. And in this room also since 2.15 am the AC is not working where the Timer this set for AC and the hotel staff don't have solution for it. Very poor management. Rooms are good but if in such hot climate AC is not provided it's really not worth it.

Terrible experience. They had told us we could checkout by 1pm since we had requested and also checked in late. We got 40 minutes late due to some unavoidable circumstances to reach the hotel and checkout. We reached the hotel at 1:40 pm to checkout and we were charged Rs. 1000 extra, which was half of another's days charge just for an 40 minute delay over the time.

Stayed here a couple of times during my official visit. Worst hotel and stopped staying there now. Breakfast was horrible. There is no taste. Too much salt in every dish. Hotel staff are rude and not cooperative. You need to advance full payment before checking in
