A friend stayed at this PG and had a terrible experience. The caretaker constantly argued with her over trivial issues, made unreasonable rules, and had a rude and disrespectful tone. He even interfered with her belongings, despite them being neatly kept in her own space. The owner always sided with the caretaker and ignored the concerns of the residents. Would not recommend staying here unless the caretaker is replaced.

The PG is not well maintained, you have to follow up with the care taker but will get all possible reasons of not doing it. No disinfectant used to clean the floor whenever if, mopped. Bad odour once room is mopped with the dirty black water, same mop used for all rooms and corridors. The food is also unhygienic, hair in the food and also uncooked. For any issue by utility provided by the PG, have to follow up for a month not less than that still it won't get fixed. In hot summer and water scarcity across Bangalore there is water leakage and despite multiple follow ups it's still not fixed. Price is charged high but service is not upto the mark. If you give any feedback about cleaning and things getting here and there while you are not in room and she cleans in your absence then the cleaning lady will come and ring the bell continuously as early as 5.30 in the morning and disturb turning off the fan and switching on the light stating she will clean when you are in the room. As if this cannot be done after you wake up. After work hours and paying high rent you get disturbed while sleeping that too in mid sleep at so early in the morning and end up with headaches for the whole day as

Not suitable for living at this price. Rent is touching the sky but no proper services has been provided, insects are found in food one day or the other day ,no toilet cleaner is used in water to mop the floor and rooms are not cleaned properly , same toilet brush is used to clean the seat and wash basin it stinks like anything. owner never comes to visit the pg. we have do follow ups multiple times with care taker for any help or pending work needs to be done.

I stayed there only for 10days .. they charged 15k for that. They don't refund the advance money also . Really disappointed with the manager mr. Manoj and the owner never picks up the call or even showed up. And the rooms are not as sofisticated as shown in these pictures

Wasing machines are not clean so can't use it. Cleaner taking off on many days or at least once a week. Food getting finished early so if coming at 8.45pm as well sometime not getting it as care taker took it out from the food counter. Caretaker family using pg food only and they don't care for others. Chapati's are getting over very soon and they are not cooking again as well. Complaints are not getting cleared timely and taking more time. Wifi issues are lot there. There is no power backup. It's just for name only. They are not taking a backup of oil for power backup, so when power going, rarely we will get light. This is girls pg and not for boys so make your own decision while refer to comments. At 10.00pm gates are getting lock so if for any reason coming after that, caretaker taking a lot of time after lot of multiple calls to open the door. Sometime have to wait for one hour even in night. Caretaker doing much arguments. For cleaning there is a lady. She is making arguments and saying lie. Cooks are good and helpful.
