Such a horrible experience it has been here. No good management ,do not answer properly. Have faced too many issues and had to leave in the end. Security guard comes drunk in the night which leads to no proper safety for girls. Food was not good and was made in unhygienic place as the housekeeping was too bad. Uses same mop for all the floors without even cleaning and doesn’t respond to any of your problems until you go behind them for around a month to get things fixed in room. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Attaching the place’s unhygienic photos below. Cockroaches all over the place especially in kitchen.

I have been living in this pg since past 2 years there is nothing that works properly here and they force you to post good reviews that is completely wrong they take 17k and since 2 months wifi is not working (this problem is repeating since 1 year) and no hot water since one week I tried to contact owner for this concern multiple times but they refuse to take any accountability and the warden asks you to vacate instead of fixing things.

Worst pg I have ever seen .. My request to people is to look at the latest reviews . Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY there. Rent is too much for the kind of service they provide there, internet doesn’t work., same food every day, they literally provided tap water to drink when their filter got spoiled, for 3 whole weeks. I stayed only for 5 months there and they charged huge sum for maintenance fee when obviously they didn’t maintain anything. You have to keep begging them and remind them to send your advance money or else they will never give it back..

one of the worst hostel experiences. They don’t provide any good service, food is really bad, very bad internet connection. They just take the money in our deposit without informing. On top of it it’s really hard get our deposit back from them. I lost so much money.

The management doesn't answer any calls, and they haven't returned my deposit for months. When I asked the warden, she said the manager isn't responding or paying. On top of that, the internet doesn't work even after paying so much rent. I'm very disappointed with the service.

Worst Pg ever.When it comes for rent they keep on calling several times to collect it, After vacating the PG for 15 days they haven't returned the advance which was paid. There is no response from both management and the owner. One of the worst management ever.

You see all the one-liners here with 5 stars by random accounts? And then do you see actual residents who have written long paragraphs explaining exactly what is wrong with this place? Please take the hint. The owners of this place definitely can’t get over their ego and fix anything properly. They speak as if they are doing us a favour after charging such an exorbitant rent and deposit amount (which btw, you’ll definitely not be returned unless you adjust it in the rent yourself before leaving.) You won’t receive a proper notice about any changes made, the food is horrible, the facilities are made unavailable as they please, the wifi almost never works, and basic hygiene is something you’ll have to beg for. If you raise an issue, you may receive the threat to be, to quote them, “thrown out of my property”, instead of seeing a solution. All these reasons is exactly why I’m forced to leave. Paying 18k for a double sharing room and pleading every other day to get things fixed is a massive headache. Please decide well for yourself, you don’t deserve this.

stayed in this PG while preparing for NEET-PG, so a stable and basic living environment was essential. Unfortunately, my experience here was extremely disappointing. Despite paying ₹17k per month, several basic facilities were not provided consistently. Wi-Fi was often unavailable, food service was irregular, and even basic items like milk were sometimes not provided. When these concerns were raised politely, the manager responded in a very rude and disrespectful manner,instead of addressing the issues asked us to vacate the PG. This kind of behavior from management is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Students and professionals who need a peaceful and supportive environment for studies should think carefully before choosing this PG.

Hi I stayed here for 9-10 months . Very neat pg. they clean rooms everyday except for Sunday . Hygienic . Little pricey. Bt very easy access to metro line . I am happy with my stay here .
