The hotel needs to improve its services. There are no hand towels, shampoo, or hair conditioner in the bathroom. Also, missing exhaust fan causes suffocation. Charging of Mobile phones is very slow. In the room, there is only one packet of coffee for a couple. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and will not recommended it to any one. Damodar Golhar, USA

Hotel you should never book. Rude staff, poor service, average food, inefficiency every where. Imagine hotel says they do not have hand towels!!! . Basically couldnt care attitude makes your experience bad. When asked for a hot roti was told to pick up yourself whatever is there in buffet table😱. Only a small soap in bathrooms. For a couple they give you just one sachet of tea and one of coffee.

Giving 1 star because 0 is not in option Stayed in hotel yesterday.. very bad behaviour of staff , don't know how to treat guests, we went to have dinner and wanted to eat chapati.. it felt like they don't even want to serve us .. every waiter kept saying it will take time as if they are going to cook it . Eventually I got so frustrated and said i want to eat chapati only nothing else .no empathy towards ppl even to my 1.6 year old kid , very bad food quality and morning breakfast also was horrible. We payed 6k just for one night.. charges are like 5 star but service is worst than shady lodges. Morning i asked to boil baby food which i provided him with all the instructions and he brought it only pouring hot milk in it. Eventually had to throw it as my kid didn't eat and was femished entire day .

Service was not at all good... even when asking for water bottle (paid), said No... no guest courtesy... person at reception talk like we are going to stay free of cost...not at all recommended... all photos are trap.. don't book this hotel at any cost... not even in 1 rs. Per night.. Room size was OK... bathroom was like cleaned public toilet.. after 1 or 2 use.. it literally looks and smells like public toilet... waste of money staying in this hotel...

Old hotel which is not working well. My room had light issue in the bathroom: they changed the light and then it went out again an hour later ... I had to take a shower with cold water. The room was clearly old with hygiene being very relative. Breakfast is really limited. Overall I wouldn't recommend unless you have no choice ...

I booked this hotel for 2 day stay from 16th Jan 2025 to 18th Jan 2025. But decided to check out on 17th Jan 2025 itself. That is today. This review is from the hotel room itself. One of the worst hotel which I have ever experienced. The towels which were given were torn and the their were dirty marks on the towel. The bed sheet was not clean. The air conditioner was not properly working. No hot water in the bathroom. I had to call the reception twice to send their team to check the issue of hot water. I had to take bath in mixture of warn & cold water. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. I booked this hotel bcoz it's a 3 star hotel but was really not happy. The Manager Mr. Kiran Kumar should look into the maintenance, cleanliness and other facilities offered to the clients by the Hotel Management. Me and my family are not happy. I have added the pictures of Towel ,the wall paintings. Other things I have expressed on the service which I got.

Bad, smelly, mouldy room. Paint is peeking off, curtains do not seem to be washed for ages, pillows and towels were dirty. Room smelled so much that we had to ask for room freshener, smell came back and we had to buy a room freshener. Bathroom smelt very bad. Breakfast was barely edible. Overall its no more than Rs 2000 hotel.

Worst experience . Not recommended! There are many other hotels which are more customer oriented and has polite staff than this. In the Hospitality industry you cannot be arrogant and need to be customer friendly. Train your staff better and make your policies more customer friendly otherwise there are better places to spend money than this . Steer clear of this property.

Please don't book this place ! Was surprised by the reaction of the hotel reception who did not allow to use the wash|Room at 10:15 pm. A straight arrogant no! Did not tell who the MD was but said it was told to him by the management to not allow people to use restrooms . How can someone book this place which does not have basic courtesy to allow travellers to use washroom for 2 minutes . I was accompanied with my wife and we just wanted to use the washroom at night before catching our bus . Please avoid this place if possible . Don't spend your money for a business that which does not know how to treat people well. Want to tell the Directors of Hemadri Forum Private Limited Bellary Mala, Mohit Singh and Gopal Singh that restricting access to restrooms is illegal as per the the Sarais Act, 1867. Will file a compliant if required.
