“Worst ever hotel experience! I was denied my stay because my surname happens to be different from that of my husband. Apparently according to these uneducated buffoons and lunatics girls must change their surnames after marriage. They are not aware that according to India's law it is not mandatory to change the girl's surname after marriage anymore. Despite showing our original aadhar card and softcopy of Marriage Certificate they had the audacity to say that the marriage certificate is false and needs original. Who on earth carries around original marriage certificate? The people at the desk were not only rude but had the outrageous behavior of ignoring my issue and addressing new customers! On top the manager Dilip went on to the extent to say he cant read/write English or Hindi and can understand only Kannada while he was fluently able to speak and read written in the customer register. This hotel MUST BE BLACKLISTED by all service providers like @makemytrip @goibibo etc. @Mathura Inn - What a surprise! you can read and write in English whereas you denied blatantly of been not able to do either! I had shown my marriage certificate softcopy. Who on earth carries hardcopy docume”

“Very disappointing experience at Hotel Mathura Inn, Gulbarga. I had booked a Deluxe Room, but was given an ordinary room instead.The AC was not working, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. There was no phone in the room to contact the reception, which shows very poor basic facilities and service standards. Overall, it was a worst experience. Not at all recommended to stay here. Management seriously needs to improve room quality, maintenance, and customer service.”

“Its a namesake executive hotel. Noisy ACs, Hot water that hardly flows, TV with very limited selection, a small opening which is an excuse for a window, hard bed, water has to be bought, or the water available is of poor quality. The worst that hit me is their un-declared 24 hour check-out policy. There is nothing like early check-in charges! Checked in at 6:00 am, and the following day when i wished to check out at 10:00 am, they said it will be counted as 2 days! (Even though I had booked online and it clearly mentioned 12:00 pm to 12:00 pm) No amount of requesting, haggling, or yielded any result. Felt really bad.”

“Worst behavior of old man in reception, he speak about rules for checkin. After traveling from long distance hearing about names in Id card, name mismatch for spouse is disgusting. Hotel management has to change this person or should train them otherwise difficult in future. Rooms are not value for money. AC was running like generator full noisy. Executive room is namesake no faculties. Bed is rockhard. No proper air circulation. Windows were broken. Full of mosquitoes. In bathroom tr is no screen, anybody can peep from next building and in night totally visible just they have put normal glass for windows. Breakfast is ok but no verities. Overall better to look for new hotels near by. Many are available. Don't make Mistake what I did.”

Ajo Varghese★★★★★We had really bad experience while staying here the ac is full of dust and all got cough after staying there and the management is really bad they came to room without our concern told to get out of the room for cleaning and in the breakfast place, wash is attached to toilet not clean both in same room. We are tottaly disapointed.

452maseehs★★★★★Traveled from Bangalore, reached around 5 am in the morning, The old man called basavaraj denied my booking only bcos I had booked with my name as Maseeh Saifi and my KYC was Mohamed Maseeh Saifi he said its not a 100% match. first ever such experience in my 15 years of travel. very rude behavior though other staff understood but were helpless. I had to check in to another hotel hassle free. Strong advise do not use Hotel Matura at Gulbarga pathetic people and service. They dont even understand despite online booking and acknowledgment a tired traveler is treated this bad
