“This PG was an absolute nightmare. I booked a stay here for a month with hopes of a safe, clean, and comfortable environment but was shocked by the reality. Upon arrival, I found stained walls, a strong, musty odor, and no proper mattress—just a worn sponge. The owner, Sarath Kumar, demanded full payment upfront (9,800 INR plus a 2,000 INR deposit) but never provided a written agreement. When I decided to leave in a day after seeing the appalling conditions, he refused a refund and demanded an extra 1,000 INR “service fee”—a fee he had never mentioned before. Only after I involved the POLICE (112) did he finally return my money, keeping the payment for my short stay but dropping his unjustified “fee.” This place is unprofessional and untrustworthy. There’s no respect for cleanliness or safety, and the management is more interested in squeezing money than providing basic standards. I’d warn anyone against staying here—save yourself the trouble and avoid this PG.”

I faced lot of issues, management should be improved they won't respond properly to our problems and they are mainly concentrating on Tamil girls who are staying in the pg. I lost my valuable belongings. Some girls who were staying with me they won't allow other girls to stay properly in the room, they make others to be their follwers. Finally taste of food should be improved.

👎Washing Machine: Only 2 for entire building, which obviously isn't sufficient. On top of dat d machine is always posing some or d other issues like for example it stops in between many a times such dat when u come back u r forced to restart all over again. And, since there only two machines very rarely it would be vacant so u will have to wait. Utter waste of time!! 👎No power back up: When I was joining I was told dat dey do have power back up however later on after joining i learnt day dey will only be providing a small bulb that too after waiting for 10 mins for d power to come back. So, no fan or charging ports or lift during power cuts. Very difficult to manage as the power cuts is too often here in Bangalore. It could go as long as 6 hrs. 👎Lift: Since I have joined I have noticed some or d other issues wid d lift like very frequently which is btw scary. Like, last week it got unstable while going down and when it had to open to the destined floor it opened at some 1 or 1.5 inch below d level it should. So, I stopped using lift. I understand these things can happen but it has been happening many times and frequently. So! 👎Food: When I was enquiring before renting d pg dey

My spouse is staying there.Worst experience. Security deposit will not correctly refundable. Food is not good. sometimes hot water is not there even in afternoon. No proper cleaning. Not responding . Etc.....

the period was after lockdown slowly peoples are joining the paying guest hostels , on that time i went along with my sister to join her in this pg , on that time they dont have guests as well they received us in a friendly manner and we felt good on that time even my sister also lived there for 8months , she was telling me on that time food is average and eatable but after they are getting guest regularly they used to increased the rents that to their behaviour also changed , then my sister decided to left that pg on tat time their management refused to give advance what is my sister paid before joining

Very bad experience of my sistet there i think owner is very poor thats why he takes 5000 advance and dont return He dont have mind that if someone got transfer instant how she inform owner 1 month before Also food quality is not goid as they serve night remaining food on next day morning as breakfast I highly recommend not to join this PG

The hostel accomodation is just miney minded and not educated enough to resolve your things there house help stole my 10k money from my room as they have the spare key they went through my luggage which was in my room after confronting them they didn’t had any answer for the money which was being taken . Food is not good daily same curry...if we ask to do different curry they will say no we won't do...And they will prepare food for night shift employees but daily same item and it will be very spicy and oily... Except food remaining is good.. please assign lady workers to clean the rooms..
