Very bad experience. AC stopped working. No remote was provided. Fan was noisy. ants everywhere. Honeybees around. Bed size small. No proper hotel service as expected. Didn't expect how tripadvisor can give so good rating.

Worst experience. Rooms are dirty and the receptionist is pathetic guy not even smiling. I don't know why he was anger. Even for water bottle he charged and the amount which they said in call and what they charged is higher he asked extra money as well. Don't go here it's my personal experience I won't recommend this hotel for anyone.

I had to crash at some place late night this place was the nearest to the location. As soon as entered the receptionist offered only the suite room which obviously costliest having no option checked the room found the dirty bedsheet without 24/7 hot water very basic and extention not working. The room service gave dirty towels which was bonus. I would avoid this place and go inside the city as there are no restaurant nearby. When we went to checkout exit was blocked by the 2 wheeler showroom for unloading the vehicle and there is no parking for 4 wheelers. This is a commercial building converted to a makeshift motel not sure if there are any regulations for these kind of places.

Pathetic and bad service. This hotel is at 2nd floor and no lift service. We need to carry our luggage through staircase . The staff is very rude and were drunk. Rooms and washroom are dirty. Door lock was not working. Overall worst experience. Will never suggest anyone to book.

I have been visiting this hotel since an year. before there were good employees especially Chandrasekhar and arvind they were well organized and disciplined now they have hired some fraudster and an illeterate as manager (A white skinned guy) I took a room, day before yesterday he did not took any entry or id proofs thy just sent us directly to room through elevator and collected money inside the room and service was also poor and intercom was also not working … I hope the owner will take action about it

One of the worst lodge/room service which I have ever seen. I booked 3 triple bedroom and 5 double bedrooms for my relatives and friends on my wedding function. They did not provide basic services like towel, soap, drinking water bottle. No maintenance at all. I suggest the people not to choose this lodge. Single star is also not worth for this kind of lodges.

Very arrogant staff at the reception dont have manners to speak insted of many reminders on call and even after a re visit to the hotel for booking they didn't book and at the time of check inn they denied to give room very pathetic people even lift was off elder people has to take stairs to the second floor. Strongly I don't recommend this place to my enemies also.

My friends were denied a room on March 2nd night at 11:30 pm even though 2 rooms were booked under their names. Had to call up the manager for the soaps, shampoo and towels. The bedspreads in our room were dirty and wet indicating that they were not changed. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody.

Horrible service. You have to explicitly ask for everything. Like A/C remote, TV remote, soap, towels. I asked them to get 2 towels and soap. They got only soap first. Then I asked them for towels. They got only one towel. You have to tell them everything so explicitly. A/C room - ₹1700 Non A/C room - ₹1000 And doesn't work!!!! 16 degrees Celsius feels like 25 degrees Celsius. We had to switch the fan on anyway.
