The worst pg I ever stayed in, they promise you a ton of facilities while joining but none of them are true. The food is bad and the chicken is often times not cooked properly , they have a laundry service but the laundry guy never comes on time and even if he comes and takes your clothes half of them will be stained when you get it back and if you think about washing your own clothes then lo behold the washing machine does not work 11 out of 12 months, the housekeeping does not come on time to clean your rooms and if you ever see them cleaning your plates then your just gonna lose your appetite. There have also been instances where I found rats and cockroaches in the kitchen area. Another thing is you won’t get hot water everyday, your lucky if you got hot water for 15 days properly and also The wardens are also extremely rude and do absolutely nothing about your complaints. Overall please do not join here, it’s totally not worth the money paid.

They will not return security deposit,i did checkout exactly the date i joined but its been 2 months they haven’t returned my deposit yet All they tell us is its getting delayed cause of long process to verify. And even managers will not help to get our deposit back Its not some 5k or 10k its around 20k my deposit is. And when residents obey your rules you should also follow the rules you created. Shame on you people,you just fool people..

I stayed at this PG for a month, and honestly, I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. On the first day, I arrived only to find that the manager was nowhere to be found—not just that day but pretty much every day I stayed there. Housekeeping had no idea where to put me, so they took me on a little tour of random, already-occupied rooms before finally finding me one. As other reviews have rightly pointed out, as far as the food is concerned, if you value your stomach, do yourself a favour and eat outside. Also, the "common area" promise they guarantee is a MYTH. Do yourself a favour and do a tour of the place once, before booking it. You'll find that there is no common space except an old, tardy area. The best part of the experience, however was, the "exit processing fee" of Rs 550, which they conveniently never mention upfront. This gets deducted from your security deposit (which, by the way, they will take weeks, if not months, to return). I have been trying to communicate with the management for almost a month now - the manager BLOCKED me, and the higher-ups do not bother replying. Not recommended.... Only the walls of the building is good otherthan this everything is filmed. From onboarding to exit I have faced so many problems due to lack of irresponsbility of RC. Being this big company they don't even have a proper customer service and contact details. Everything done through app only. Even for a simple leakage problem they told that they have to put a mail and they are waiting for the reply. Really is this a excuse? On the time of onboarding they have called so many times to check whether we have done procedure properly or not, but at the time of exit they just told to make a move out even the RC doesn't guide me well how to do it and all after I only asked RC to check whether I did it correctly or not. The only sentence she will say that OK I will inform you, after that she'll disappeared when I call back and ask about the update she'll again tell that OK I will update you then again she disappears now I am facing a problem for charging a trespass of rupees 4K. Now I tried to connect with them with many numbers and called so many times still I haven't got single respond from them. Very disappointing from whole stanza service. The worst experience.....

They refuse to return the advance, and the cleaning is poorly managed.. there is no drinking water available many times ... The service is terrible, and all they care about is taking your money

They say it’s a premium property! Except for the name there’s nothing premium.. management responds only when their head calls. They don’t have spare keys, no proper maintenance at all! I don’t what’s wrong with stanza! Why are their standards coming this low. Would never recommend anyone to here to waste their money!

These people tricked me and took the three months advance payment from me which was apparently for three consecutive months but now they are forcing me to stay for an year.When i asked for the refund they stated some agreement that wasn't even signed by me as it is totally against the tenants which they provided after the payment was made. The property isn't ready still they are selling it.The food came from centralised kitchen and is not prepared in the house. PS only security and rooms are good.

It is one of the worst hostel I have seen. My sister had faced lot of problems after joining in this hostel. They were stopped responding once after joining to our calls. So, I sincerely request you to search some other better option. Don't trust the words of THARAN sales staff.

It was suggested by me to one of my friend who came from out of city to stay in Bangalore for study purpose,. It was so near by to the Ramaiah hospital so we choosen this. Fro the time we paid advance amount the staffs stopped attending or responding to our calls. While reaching to the place also we tried calling, after ignoring so many calls finally they attended and said that we are busy call some other day. When we came to the house, it was not cleaned and after waiting for 4 hours they alloted a room, which was untidy. They are not even professional staffs. Words they were used was uncultured. Being a girl I walked out of the house in the night 8pm. Such a horrible situation. Which I noticed in the public forum all the good reviews has been given by they themselves. It was not given by the actual customers. When we approached near by police station, they also could say so many complaints been registered against the same place.

Don't join in this pg. I have terrible experiences hear. Before joining I advise you not to join here cuz the management response is one of the most terrifying thing have faced. Don't trust the words of PUSHKAR the manager. He will assure u that he take cares of everything but, in reality he even won't answer ur calls after joining. So please search another option before entering Bangalore.
