Never ever stay in this PG. My daughter has been staying here for more than a year. There are many flaws, but didnt bother much in the starting. But now its worse. Management is trying to cheat inmates with the advance payment. They make differnet excuse for not paying it back, even if they give 1 month notice period. There were issues of stealing inside the hostel. Management is rude and does not care about the inmates.

Management is very rude. food is also not good. Had to pay PG fees during the lockdown days without even staying there. PG Management was not ready to allow inmates to vacate during lockdown. Cleaning staffs were found to be using belongings of the inmates during lockdown. There were issues of loosing belongings from the hostel. CCTV is also not working at times. The lift has issues most of the times. Management don't even answer the call when we phone them. They cut the call when we ask for our advance payment. Its best not to pay the last month rent if you are vacating the hostel, management can take it from the advancement payment.

the management is pretty bad and I would ideally suggest that people should choose any place over this .During the lockdown the manager collected the whole rent every month on time but had locked the PG and not payed the elctricity bill. He told me the PG was open so one night when i went back there the PG was locked and i was stranded in the middle of the street with no where to go .It was pretty late at night post 10 pm when I reached bangalore that night and the manager wouldnt even pick my call.The next day when he did pick my call he didnt stop yelling at me .He was rude and unprofessional .Later he gave me another number saying it is the owners number but from his peciliar talking style it was easy to make out that it was the same guy pretending to be the owner .I played along as i had no choice . With difficulty i vacated this place a lot of my stuff was missing and had to find some place else as shelter .This is a very scary situation for a girl .Moreover when i asked him to return atleast my security deposit he stopped picking my calls and blocked my number. The manager is so rude; have never faced this type of behavior in any PGs in Bangalore. Have called up for the availability of rooms, the lady who received the call, seemed to be talking in an unprofessional manner. If u don't want to lose your self respect, never come to this pg.

We went to ask if there's vacancy to this pg. The manager seemed rude. We wanted to ask for the criteria for staying there and compare it with other pgs nearby; but that person didn't let us go out unless we confirmed it. We somehow managed to move out.
