“I am very much doubtful about the 5* rating of this property. pros: This is the only thing that is property location. The view from the cottage is very good and well maintained. Cons: I got the room around 13k per day. Which is not at all matching with their poor quality service. Totally overpriced. 1. No menaral water bottle provided with this huge room charges. They use to give glass bottles and if you ask they will refill it. Every time you ask them they will get your bottle and fill it up. if you ask for a fresh bottle they will simply deny it. 2. The swimming pool is not heated. Which is ridiculous to me. In hill station at 10-12 degree temperature you will be forced to deal with cold water if you want to use the swimming pool. 3. No Morning tea service. Tea used to be served after 7.30AM. So on the balcony if you think to enjoy the sunrise with hot tea then you have to make your own tea. 4. They are very punctual in kitchen timings. once the time is over you won't get food though you are hungry. No option in the food menu if you want to have anything after 10pm. The kitchen used to be closed at 10pm. if you are hungry then arrange by yourself. 5. Bonfire is most funniest th”

“Visited this with my family last weekend. The biggest turn off for me was that they seemed very unwilling to offer kid’s meals for my 1.5 year old. Every time I asked them to make something for my little one, they seemed to have a lot of issues. My daughter did not have her breakfast in the morning buffet and we wanted to carry some pancakes for her for later. The staff literally told us that we can carry only idli. When we ordered fried rice for her dinner, they said we can send it only in a small soup bowl - as if we would eat it. What sort of nonsensical hospitality is this? It felt like they assumed that we would eat that food and not give it to the baby. After spending a good 50k for two rooms for two nights, did they think we were going to act so petty and try to get free meals in the name of our little daughter? I have been to several resorts in my life and never once did I encounter this kind of cheapness from the staff. Even though we liked the location of the resort and the view from from our sit out area, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, due to the bad service and also the deteriotating condition of the rooms. “The Silver Sky Resort has very poor hygiene standards. They don’t change the bed sheets or pillow covers unless there are visible stains. They even refill leftover water bottles and cookies that someone has already touched or drunk from, just adding a new date to make them look fresh. Please check the smell of the water — you’ll notice the difference!”

“Recently I stayed there for one night but overall experience is mixed first of all it’s very well located and accessible easily and staff are very friendly and humble. But regarding maintenance it’s very poor like wifi where it’s always been issues and without our cellular service it’s hard for us to connect Internet , and they say it’s king bed but it seems it’s not it’s very small in size , no proper snacks kept at room only coffee kettle and 2 bottles of water and what’s more no towels at all , when we tried to communicate with reception through our room landline they won’t lift at all .. I’m very disappointed with their service , never gonna visit again silver sky resort ..booked 2 rooms worth of 30k and I felt it’s wasted”

Yuki Loves food★★★★★So expensive for the more mid hotel. I asked for towels 5 times and didnt get it. I asked for a tiny bottle of body wash which they provide in the dorms and they said kindly use the soap present in the room. It was only shampoo. No soap. The food was okay (breakfast and lunch) . The indoor games room and gym was the biggest joke. Air hockey table broken. Nothing was good. The gym is a tiny room breaking down lol. Totally not worth it and do not recommend. I regret spending that amount of money on this hotel. pool is not heated

Inspire06940735490★★★★★The room had a glass door there was bed outside they didnt remove it was like a 2k at max room, they charged 10k , we found insect in their breakfast poha ehen we told them they didnt even switch !!! We found one big spider in the room when we entered the first time !!!! There was no hot water in the morning when we were leaving they arranged buckets now hearing all this would you pay 10 k and worst of all they kept cars in the open and let dust settle on them didnt even clean them outside if you are having valley parking do at least some and btw room is super small

Charan Nagaraju★★★★★Worst ever experience We orderedfor egg and we got chicken in the curry. They are not ready to take responsibility or give any solution. This is such an unexpected behavior from a resort charging more than 10k per night. We are scared as to what would have happened if our parentswere with us. These so called resorts charge a bomb but their service is worst than any local non star hotels. If you are a vegetarian or an egitarian please AVOID this place.

Ranjith Kumar★★★★★Really had very bad experience with booking. Booked the room last week through official call to their hotel reception and have sent the payment of 50%(23k) for the booking. I have received booking confirmation email as well for 2 days stay there. After 2 days received the call from the hotel saying that room has not been blocked. This is the basic service any hotel would follow, not sure how do they manage these type of problem? last minute if they cancel customer would struck with their plan, they don't really understand the situation of customer. I would not recommend this to anyone with this experience. I can provide detailed evident of this if anyone interested.

The food is very good But all they are concerned is money starting from gate they inform you that how much to be billed per person after really long wait. Also when you call to book the person who receives the call has no idea of the place every time he will discontinue nd connect another person who only says how should be billed After being there are are moved places to places but maybe we were confused after asking several times they moved us one says u can go upstairs to one says u can't. So while leaving we took little bit long taking photos obviously nobody comes to resort and wants to go empty handed without photos one of the staffs asked us to leave because we we're taking long I have been to several other resorts or hotels never been asked to leave it was worst feeling one to have on their birthday

Rahul Upadrashta★★★★★The most pathetic experience of our lives. We had checked in at around 3 pm for 3 people - me, my family friend and her own brother. After some time after checking in we enquired about the spa services, which we were told is not available for the day, and there were some issues with the swimming costumes they were selling. So we told the receptionist that they are overpriced compared to other resorts. After sometime the receptionist Ms Dikshita showed up to our room with one more staff stating that we had not given our id cards ( which we had and they were so careless to even check once), and then suddenly she tells us that "TWO GENTS AND A LADY CANNOT STAY IN 1 ROOM!!... When we questioned her she told us these are MANAGEMENT RULES, and asked us to LEAVE THE RESORT at 6.30pm in a forest area. We then met the manager Mr Srinath who was so arrogant, stood silently when Ms Dikshita was shouting at us and making indecent comments, and was wrongly accusing us that we had not given id cards. I want to know which era and generation they are living in, and what this supposed MANAGEMENT is doing when their employees are behaving like this. So any family with two gents and a lady cannot sta

To which they came to our room at 6 pl and told "TWO GENTS AND A FEMALE CANT STAY IN A ROOM " This was obnoxious , disgusting , outrageous and worst part is they didn't even to bother to ask our relation , i even told to see father's name mine and my sister is card . We were humiliated and insulted and we had to get my sister of that unsafe place . We had to leave at 6.30 in the evening from forest area . No one should see their own sister being insulted in this way . I was so helpless, only thing i could do is leave der along with my sister .this was all done by Mr Srinath apparently general manager and Ms. deekshitha receptionist, she's the most arrogant woman I've seen , how can a female talk about another female like this. GM Mr Srinath and receptionist Ms. Deekshitha , they have made outrageous comments . Im shocked at how extremely neglegient , arrogant they are . They've commited a crime by outraging modesty of a woman and they're not even aware how serious of a issue They've caused . Ill Hopefully be able to contact the highest authority soon and bring this whole incident to their notice with proof and also raise a serious comaplint . I had to check out at 6 45pm at night just after 3 hours of checking in with them. Ill definitely update the details after filing a complaint . I hope directors or any other management board will take measures to make this a pleasant place .

Typically third class staff and disrespectful towards guests had really disappointing experience
