Such a worst property to stay!! Too many issues here. Always extra charges are added in every month bill. Property manager Lalith is very bad. He doesn't help if there are any problems. Food is bad. Cleaning is bad. Sometimes caretakers will not be available for cleaning services for almost a month. They don't give the deposit back. They will apply so many charges on billing settlement like electricity, maintenance and services, seperation charges etc etc. in the end they make sure all your deposit will be added for some or the other charges.

Worst pg to live in.No response from staff and so unaccountable staff and whole management that they have worst food quality, and also the food quantity is so less.Along with it i have not got my refund of security deposit even after 2 months of checkout from pg.They are saying to go to the colive office to resolve this.I have left Bengaluru and there customer service is so worse.No response of calls and ticket raised.In short not recommended for anyone.I am not the only one who is facing this service.Almost everyone is.The reviews you see are fake and paid ones.The people are so busy there ,they ignore it. have been in this PG for 6 months never liked it food, never had it a(worst quality).I should have given bad review than 1 star, but is the worst which i can rate here. PS:I forget to mention that they say there fee is 9000 and when you see you rent invoice it is 11000,a lot of hidden charge.So,all reviews are fake. Shame on you Colive!!

I've been staying here for over a month, and my experience has been quite disappointing. Service requests are completely ignored, and they impose unnecessary overdue charges even when all rents are paid on time. The food provided is extremely limited — it runs out within minutes. While the customer service is very responsive during initial registration, they become completely unresponsive afterward, often ignoring calls and failing to address any concerns. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I've been staying here for the past couple of months, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. To begin with, the food quality is poor and the portions are very small. The internet is unreliable and frequently doesn’t work. They often add random charges to the monthly bill and bombard you with messages, so you need to be extra cautious while making the final payment. Once you're onboarded, don’t expect any customer support — they rarely answer calls or respond to queries. Even basic maintenance issues like faulty taps take several weeks and multiple complaints before they're addressed. There’s also no proper parking facility for vehicles. If you're considering moving in, I’d strongly suggest rethinking your decision. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here at all.

Hope this will help someone from scam. One of the worst PG experiences I've had. Here are the reasons why: Deposit Issues: This place is a scam when it comes to deposits. They never return the deposit amount. When you ask for a refund, they send you on a wild goose chase between their billing desk and property manager. You'll spend hours on the phone and still get nowhere. Beware and never trust them with your deposit. Rent Collection Tactics: They send bouncers to collect rent on the first day of the month. It feels intimidating and unnecessary. Poor Maintenance: The water purifier rarely works. This is not just my experience; it's a common complaint you'll find in other reviews too. They clearly don't care about providing basic amenities. Average Food Quality: The food they provide is mediocre at best. Don't expect anything special. Hygiene Issues: Cleaning is done on a weekly basis, which is insufficient. If you want to live in a clean and hygienic environment, you'll have to clean your room daily yourself. Overall, this PG is not worth the hassle or the money. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy constant frustration and disappointment.

*Not Recommended at all. Cons: 1) Regular drinking water issue. For weeks we didn't get water. Had to Buy or bring from another PG. 2) Food quality is THE WORST. If any food inspection authority checks it, they will put it in the category of unhealthy and unhygienic. Also the quantity of Food served is so less that most people don't get it. 3) The fridge & washing machine has been out of service for ages and hasn't been repaired even after continuous complaint. 4) For Wifi, they demand money. 5) They send bouncers to the Room if rent is not paid on the 1st of every month. They don't even wait for the 2nd day while Colive says we are liable to pay rent till 3rd.

It's a scam. They would increase the rent without intimation and send goons at your doorstep for rent collection. I'm terms of service, it's total dabba. Very less food is provided. They start dinner at 7:30 and by 7:45 it's all over (such a joke). Also, there was no water in the property for almost a month and this keeps happening time and again. It's a SCAM. Considering taking legal action against the company. Will hire a lawyer.

Would have rated zero if that were an option. High rent with worst food taste, zero hygiene and a very rude property manager. They won't even return your deposit untill you make visit to their office multiple times as the sales manager also stops responding to your call once you book it. Don't know who are satisfied with this place, everyone who stays here have not gotten their deposit and the once that got it, were levied multiple charges. Take an advice, skip this property.

They are only responsive when they want your money during booking. So many hidden charges. They don't even refund the deposit ( they are running a scam business I am sure). Very poor service. Never ever will I stay at a Colive property again and others please beware too.

I paid advance of one month rent + extra 2k booking charges paid all but unfortunately my office location got changed to different place so i requested colive team refund my advance amount they asked transfer letter for proof i given. hardly 6 days i stayed there but they are not ready to refund my amount i asked them how many days i stayed cut the amount and refund my remaining amount but they are not ready to do that .. they are forcing me to pay next month rent even though am not going to stay there then i requested them ur not ready to refund my amount atleast i will stay here upto my advance amount closure they are not ok for that they torcher like hell to vacate the room …very very bad experience keep on getting random msg from colive num but no response for my mail .i lost my complete money its scam be care full

The place is the worst. The sales representatives promise a lot of things before moving in but as soon as you move in, they don't care. The operations manager/ property manager/ sales team- none of them care. They just shift the blame on each other. I had reserved a room in a different place but they changed it by themselves just one day prior to moving in. When I arrived at the property, I see it is on the terrace and very very very very hot. Earlier my room was supposed to be on the lower floors. I have been asking them to change it for 5 days now but they keep giving me excuses. I know for a fact that the room was vacant but they did not give me the room. The sales person was very rude to me when I confronted her finally. She started shouting and cut my call in the middle of our talk. They have just been giving me false promises since day 1. I said I want to move out but they said that my deposit will not be returned to me. I had read the upsetting reviews before moving in but let it go on good faith. HATE THE PLACE

Don't take this place. Bad service. Colive itself is a scam. 1. They won't refund your deposit. 2. They will change prices as per their whims. they hiked it by 50% all of a sudden. 3. Wifi is very bad. 4. Washing machines don't work. 5. No ownership as managers keep changing every month. Lots issues, no one cares. Please don't come here unless you don't have any other option.

Very bad experience, no one is care about fresh food distribution and room cleaners, whenever is asking to managers about clean to rooms, he said I have not got last month salary so I don't know anything about it., Why we will suffer? We give our rent always on time. So please don't go to colive palmer pg. Always water problem in washroom & always lift is under construction & water filter is always in bad condition.

Review on behalf of Sudhanshu from Colive Palmer. Colive services are pathetic. After my 1st review I got few calls from their side but none of them resolved my issue. When I ask people on property the say that you've already sent a mail, what else can I do. Bed/ Cot is causing problems, no hot water in bathroom, bathroom won't be cleaned, and if you call anyone they would say raise the issue on app. When you raise the issue they will close it without resolving. Never come to colive. There are many local PGs nearby that offer way better services at a lower cost. Trust me, you will regret coming over here.
