This is one of the worst PGs. The rooms are not clean, and the housekeeping people just come, clean a little, and leave. Every month we have to pay the full amount, but the room and the food are not good at all. When the month ends, they call only to ask for rent, but there are no facilities. There are only 2 washing machines for the entire building, and even those are not clean. If we wash clothes, the dirt from the washing machine sticks to the clothes. When the housekeeping people come to clean, they even steal slippers. The food is even worst ..It’s the worst PG no one should go there.

This is one of the worst PGs I've ever seen. Basic amenities promised were not provided, the food quality was extremely poor, and cleanliness was below standard. The owner is dishonest and durespect you —if you decide to leave early, they refuse to refund your money. Their behavior is rude and unprofessional. I strongly advise against staying here, even for a single day

I never experinced a incident in my life before this pg is total waste and its not clean ehen i entered in room it was ok after opening the cupboard i saw nearly 8 to 10 cockroaches then i told chetan im gonna leave the pg and shift to electronic city he told me he will put me the advance nxt day But he didnt he just fooled me and i couldnt reach him his friend chandu he is owner of sri balaji pg i called him he was just saying hello hello ... like in movie then ended the call .so these guys are just fooling customers advance money plzz dont go to this pg ..l

Honest review after staying two months there. New building with somewhat amenities to get you through Water (hot /cold ) available Electricity (not available 24*7) basically only running on state supply not generator. So if power goes out in the middle of night, you are stuck in dark without fan. Dont take rooms on higher floors, since the drinking water keg is only available in the parking and you to come down every time to refill your bottle.(May be when lift is installed this becomes an easy task) Food - dont expect anything from the owner, it sucks especially the one given in the middle of the day. I would rate negatively in food. Rooms are somewhat ok, beds make noises when you sit or change position on them, size of the room is soo small if you take 2 sharing. Bathrooms dont have mirror or soap stand, washbasin is too small to fit hands in the basin for washing. You are bound to face wifi problem twice in a month, and for a span of 2-3 days. Cupboard is adequate with good quality wood. Cleaning happens once in a week, or if you ask owner / caretaker. Hygeine is somewhat maintained. Washing machine is there to wash clothes, but people there take them out, and put th

Newly constructed building. Hygiene foods, Good for Students and working professional Owner is very kind in nature. 24*7 hot water. Good parking area. 24*7 Elevator service. You can find Gym nearby. If you are looking for accommodation near TC palya and KR Puram this is the PG for you.
